Atrociously lacking optimization. App often hangs when the notification is tapped, which keeps the user from seeing the latest messages. Interface is not back-button friendly, so it often closes the app when it should return the user to the main chat interface. Notifications configuration is a joke. If I didn't need it for work, I'd get rid of it forever. Classic case of "we're paid, who cares?"
I joined ryver not so long ago, this app hangs up after clicking NEXT. When I enterered my ryver organization and click Next, it takes ages to load... oh wait it does NOT load anything, it goes in circles and that's it, you are stuck. I hate to say this, but as much as i look forward to using this, this is useless! I hope see an update that solves this issue.
Never had such a buggy app before, it's good for what it is and very handy to have on the go, but it always crashes. You have to close the application everytime you want to see updates or notification about a new comment as it will just stall. You get a notification pop up which you can't even read as it's not displayed correctly and then the app doesn't load correctly, shows everyone offline, the chat section is not updated or you go to reply and it doesn't send. They should resolve this.
Doesn't make sense. I uninstalled the app. Better depend on my email since it notifies me everytime I get messages(notif's are so delayed). Why do I have to log in everytime I open the app, can't it just automatically go directly to the organization's interface? Makes my phone lag alot than messenger, lol. It's taking some time to load also, like ,it's definitely (not) my connection's fault.
Occasionally unresponsive when attempting to exit, can't hide notification details from lock screen or notification bar, does not cooperate with gif's despite them being built into the normal web browser version. Overall clunky. Edit: Also unable to find any option to disable automatic team invite acceptance
Please make it more responsive, every time I open the app it takes 2 seconds to load. And pressing "back" button doesn't go back, it exits the app, which needs another 2 seconds to load up.
I love Spinning Circle Simulator 2019. Seriously, the app doesn't load 99% of the time. It will stay stuck on the loading screen forever. I've asked my coworkers to contact me elsewhere rather than over Ryver just to avoid having to use this app.
Tried adding my organization and it just sits there "loading". Nothing ends up happening. waited over half an hour. Internet connection was fine, tried re-installing. I'm just going to access Ryver from the mobile page instead.
Ryver stalls nearly every time i try to open it from the notifications taskbar as opposed to starting it normally. It sits there with a loading icon, deceptively wasting my time when i need to tell work I'm running late. fix it.
It's functional, works as advertised. You can't control the notifications and they will popup at some point after you get them via the desktop app. Usability feels clucky and feels unpolished. Over all 2/5 for this discord clone.
Website is working fine & smooth but this app isn't working at all, I don't know why does it exist at all, the app works fine till it ask my organization name, when I enter the name of organization after that it keeps on loading for decades.
The app works but is obviously not designed with Android usage but with only iOS in mind. Bla. The back button on Android is not utilized at all. Downgrade a star as function of back button not changed after 5 months.
Not bad all the ryver env! but the notifications in the app (damnnn) doesn't work as expected, cannot set sound and vibration, vibration only, and mute at all... (Android 9 Oneplus 6T) Pleeeeaseeeee adjust notification system I am going crazy
Back button closes the app instead of just pop the stack of actions. Notification sounds played even if the phone is on silent. Poor interface layout with broken components
I've used quite a few management websites and their paired apps. This one syncs with the desktop flawlessly. I'm super satisfied with it.
Too much loading time, does not have multiple file upload, message does not open through notification, UI need to be improved.
Against modern mobile standard, this application is way too behind. I almost avoid opening it, unless absolutely required.
There is no need for a partially baked messenger with slack, teams, or discord which all do better than ryver. App is buggy, laggy, and I'm very happy to no longer have to use this for work.
Laggy and appears to struggle to log on - clicked next after username and password, but it doesn't seem to respond. Takes long time to load
Slow. Buggy. Doesn't respect phones silent mode. Terrible app overall. Bad user experience. Constantly crashing. Just bad
I am always getting logged out. Notifications don't automatically clear when viewing messages. Subpar to Slack.
message loading very slow even with good internet connection. forums keeps on refreshing keeping you from back reading posts.
This is my least favourite app on my phone. Opening the app takes forever. Beg your company to use another app or just ovoid the mobil
Very buggy, good for getting notifications but not much more.
Nothing working since last week, the app is continuously crashing
App takes ages to load. When you get a notification it takes you not to the new message like every other app, but to the notification tab which is always empty. Even if you are in the app replying to a message, you get an email about the message. Those are just the major annoyances but there are more minor ones too.
