New requests are dispatched to appropriate groups of people: hotel manager, HK manager, security manager, technician ... with real-time notifications.
When a staff member receives a request, he can accept or assign it to another person or group: Housekeeping, Technicians ... who will also receive a notification in real time.

If no one has accepted or closed this request within a predefined period, notifications are sent automatically to the next level of managers.

A real-time chat is attached to each request and provides history of comments, photos and events.
