I love the product, & it worked perfectly for the first year, but it has been sending error messages throughout the day, multiple times a day forever. Now, the last week it just says it needs to sync over and over and never will work. I have finally uninstalled it and am going to try to reinstall and hope that fixes it. This product has so much potential, I just wish they'd fix this horrible app!
Loved this when it did work; Got a new phone and now it's not compatible? yet the resmed website continues to work! PLEASE FIX!!!! -- Edit As of Oct 9th 2018 my Samsung S9+ will now allow the app to work... only time will tell if it functions like it useto. Edit 2 as of Oct 26th as others have noted clock is off and some other items as well... But the core ability is at least back (being able to use the s+)
Ultimately this app is just an interface to a sleep sensor. But it drains battery of you forget to turn it off in the morning (requiring a force quit) . Now with the latest update, the clock is half-off the screen and actually impossible to use. Luckily I don't need to was up before 8 AM or I'd be hosed.
I have a spare phone that I keep by my bed to connect and record with S Plus. Sac connection works fine. But when I use my other phone, my main phone, to log into this app, it shows that my last recorded sleep was 3 months ago! it makes no sense at all that I would log into the same account on two different devices and have a different history. ResMed should be embarrassed
Worked well until the latest update that broke the smart alarm. The analog clock you use to choose your wake up time doesn't fit on the screen, making the numbers 4-7 are completely inaccessible. Doesn't seem to be any rush to fix this important part of the app.
App and device worked great until recent update. The new smart alarm display doesn't fit on my screen so I can't set an alarm for anywhere before 8:00 a.m. Also the relax to sleep sounds I have always used no longer work. I am glad to read that it isn't just me! Please fix!!
This worked last year but wasn't that great, so I put it away until yesterday. Doesn't work at all now - just keep getting error 500 saying it can't connect to the internet. They have clearly phased this product out without telling anyone. Wish I could get my money back on this worthless piece of plastic.
You need the S+ device for the software to be useful, but I really like my S+. I had complained about the app not working on one of my phones, then it was available! Nice. I retract my negative remarks on Amazon ( need to go do). Notice that how much trouble you have connecting to your S+ depends a lot on your phone! My Moto is much pickier than my wife's (old) Samsung...
Latest update has made the app unusable. Reinstalled to see if that would correct the issues and now I can't log back in. The password reset request gives me an error. I've had no response to my email to support. Judging by the length of time since the disastrous update and Resmed's failure to correct the bugs, it would seem they aren't too concerned about their customers and our useless trackers.
I love the S+ device itself, but the app and the non-existent support for it really let down the device. I shouldn't have to fight with the app every night, but I do. it never connects to the device properly the first time.
I'm very skeptical that the app accurately characterizes my phase of sleep. With very little raw data showing, there is no way to know. Mainly I think it overrates deep sleep and tells me I get more than I really do.
if I could award negative stars i would do so,. The app works seemlessly on iPhones. On Android I have to labor every night to try to reconnect it, often to no avail. Not the sort of stress that enhances sleep onset or quality. Useless and frustrating
This started strong and accurate, but when the alarm on the phone or the app goes off or someone calls, it throws off the app receptors to the ResMed device and doesn't save the night's sleep data. Very disappointed.
The product they use for this app is impressive and works well, but the app compltetely ruins the experience, the app interface barely works, it crashes constantly when it's not running, and it seems to be screwing with my phone in odd ways
Would love to use and evaluate the app and the product. However, the app wont even connect to the internet to set up an account. Error messages are useless. "Something went Wrong." No s**t. This is no way to run a railroad.
For some reason, Google or ResMed removed the application from the version of play store that's available to Samsung Galaxy S3 users. It was available and worked fine for a year or more. Installed the app on a Galaxy S5 and it worked for several months but after not using it for one month, signing into the S+ accound failed. Now, the app works using a Galsxy S8. WHATS WRONG WITH RESMED? I have a Resmed AirCurve 10 which is probably also useless!
Just downloaded the app to set up with a ResMed S+ but the account creation feature is not working. Unfortunately there isn't an option to create an account online through the website either, so currently unable to use the (fairly expensive!) product that partners the app. Would strongly recommend not buying this product unless you're able to make an account first!
The unit and ap have worked ok for about 2 years on my LG k2 android. What I'd like to see is an alarm that wakes you up when your score starts to drop. ( sleep too long and you lose points). The data is there. Just some simple programming.
I was hopeful the latest update would fix issues, but it only caused more. Not a fan of the new smart alarm clock. App doesn't fit well on my phone.
It is totally useless, does not connect with the S+ device, does not recognize the email, does not connect to the server. it is not worthy at all I got 2 device's (one for me and another for my wife)
I've tried to install this app several times since I purchased it. It just errors out everytime. Useless paperweight, waste of purchase.
Fix app so that clock fits on screen and I can pick my alarm time again. See all other reviews... obviously an issue.
S+ App will not log in anymore. The app is broken. Error code (500) please check your internet.... Tried multiple phones. Tried creating new account. The hardware is now useless.
Had not worked since day 1, contacted support 8 months ago and they told me to wait for an update. Since then I reached out and have not heard back.
Will not connect anymore after repeatedly following instructions for days now. Then it says RESMED KEEPS STOPPING. CLOSE APP, SEND FEEDBACK. App and machine are totally worthless.
Could not log in on my Samsung tablet as in the past. Keep getting error 500. Now I can only log in using my smartphone when mobile data is enabled. Other than that, the app works. My wish to have the graph display when in sleeping mode hasn't been met. The graph turns off when you click on "start sleep." Now I can't even record the graph in pre-sleep because my rooted tablet is not a phone. I could do this a few years ago (2015-2016).
