Dear team, The app is very helpful. Appriciating its makers. Also would like to draw your kind attention for scanners in the busses. Some of very old and not working well, Its really hard to scan nol cards When get on and get off the busses.
I will never recommend anyone to use this for booking Taxi It was a night mare for us on 2nd April 2022 to reach the Airport terminal 1 with the help of our Neighbour as the booked Taxi did not turn up on time as well as it was showing in the app as the driver had already picked us up and dropped at the Airport this was so disappointing I will never ever recommend anyone to use this app for booking a Taxi instead pay some extra money and travel by Private taxi Uber ,Careem extra
Every time gives an error when trying to book a taxi. The app is simply broken and their customer support is not that good either.
Worst experience. Always gives error Error sending data (2) for any route I try to find. Waste of time. Restarted mobile same problem
If have negative I'll put negative rating, showing in this apps bus in coming in 10mins, more than 1.5hours the bus came..if delay it takes an hours to wait....this is useless and not accurate....this is the 3rd time.. many passenger is wasting time...keep posting just for fun🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬...I thought you care people time but in a way of wasting time.
Useless app, it showed bus arriving at airport terminal 1 bus stop. But no bus arrived, but the app shows the bus was at the bus stop, but the bus never came. Wasted 45 min trying to use public transport
Every thing is fine , But app takes too long to refresh data or search result ( around 02 mints) to find a route .
Cool and a great journey planner. It leads me where I want while letting me to manage the time and cost. It removes my blindness about how to get to places in UAE. 😎
Bus not accurate in time. Sometimes very late, sometimes early. And it will not wait the time to go.

This app always give wrong bus time! I am living in silicon oasis and bus never come here on time shown in this app. I don't know what is the use of this now!
inaccurate app, it will let you wait for more time, don't install the app it will lead you to standing in a hot weather
The bus keeps showing onnthe app and it never comes especially number 15. It's not real time and definitely not accurate
Useless app i have ever tried to contact RTA to learn more about their trips but no response, always bringing me back to download the App.
Edited: before 5 star. Now 3 star. I was a long time user of Wohjati. Moving to this, though I found it a bit difficult to use in the beginning, it was doing ok. But lately the timings are a joke. Most of the time the bus would've been gone few minutes before or it won't come at all . The live map shows some of the buses correctly but some never arrive. If any of the development team notice this, please check it in al nahda 2 area. The feedback form does not work. I'm using the latest update.
Expensive for no services at all i mean 12 dirhams for what!!! I always wait ateast 20 minutes for a booked taxi that eventually park away and call me so i go to him !!!
Tried to use the app to book a taxi for the next day to the airport. Tried to register to use the booking feature, but even after creating a username, password and giving my phone number and email, the app couldn't send the verification code to my email account! Very frustrating and I know you'll be "sorry to hear about the problem I had", just wish someone would work out all the bugs before promoting the app.
Followed app suggested route on two different occasions and lost my way to the point where I have to come back via Uber. Suggestion for 5 star rating: Add bus plate no to the route map also(as in google maps), as same bus travel on both side of the road and if you are on the right bus but wrong side of the road, you will be getting even further from your distination!
Don't trust this app,booked taxi for specific time pick up ,driver never showed up .
NOL card balance (Top-up page) & profile details page are not loading since yesterday.
It's okay, but not giving accurate data.
The application is nice and good, can be more user friendly I guess with some improvements.... Yet, upon using it for quite some time now, timings aren't accurate, and the live map also isn't live at all, yet I'm only talking about the route I'm using all the time which is F36,.... Still,its a great job and effort, thank you
This app is dissapointing. It looks well made however it does NOT work like it is well made. I have tried to sign in SO MANY TIMES but the authentication takes SO LONG and then ends up being an Error. I even tried doing it on a different phone thinking it may be a problem with my phone but its not my phone problem, its the app. it glitches here and there and its just over all not that great. This requires more improvement. I tried the chat aspect and that doesnt work either. Dissapointed.
Great app to get almost anywhere within Dubai and the neighbouring Emirates. The trip rates displayed from point A to point B are accurate. One can also book taxis, know the whereabouts of ekar and Udrive cars available nearby, which is great! Saving the nol card number in the app is a very useful feature to know the nol balance of family members. I've been using this app for the past one year and it has proved really useful to me.
This app replaced an older app which had limited functionality but was working. This app is not working. I am not able to make a taxi booking after multiple tries. I get ERROR BOOKING REQUEST. I used chat to complain and i was told to call the taxi booking phone number. What's the point of the app then.
It doesn't let me login, I've tried many times but just shows me an error message saying server error, how can I book a taxi or check if I can top a nol card remotely, probably just better if you go and do all that physically, you won't get frustrated and I might be a good exercise as well.
