The app crashes (shuts down) repeatedly when you try to go into settings. Have reported this bug through the app several times and no work done. The lamps connected to the alarm through smart plug also only show on the home screen every now and then, without any clear reason and even when one is using the app connected to the very same wifi the alarm is connected to.

This is an App only review! When you assign sensors / motions detectors / zones it lets you name each such as east window, front door, garage etc.. If your alarm is triggered it will show the sensor and zone by the name you assigned to it, all is good. Problem, when you get a low voltage alarm It shows up not by your named zones or sensors but by whatever the app listed it as, there a not a crossover list. In the end you haven't a clue what sensor needs batteries or is defective. Very frustrating to include false alarms. If there is a fix to this bug, i'm all ears and eyes..

Wolfguard alarm seems to work ok. But suddenly stopped sounding the WiFi alarm. And after a day it stopped even notifying about the SOS activations. If you look at the app you see the SOS going red. But no sound, no notification. The alarm system is useless because of this!

Reasonable app but could be better. Push notifications when armed/disarmed would be useful. Niggling issue if armed with app then disarmed with key pad the system is disarmed but the key pad still says it's armed, somewhat annoying. Have emailed about both issues it no reply from developer, poor customer service. ***UPDATE 07/2020 - APP NO LONGER NOTIFIES YOU WHEN ALARM TRIGGERED RENDERING EXPENSISE NOW NOT SO SMART ALARM USELESS, THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANY ALARM SYSTEM THAT NEEDS THIS APP

History not updated any more (endless spinning disk). Zone types texts off by one in UI. SMS not working after some time (switching on/off restores)

The app works fine. There is just a small bug which needs fixing... When I change a nane of a sensor in zone 1 the same name goes to zone 2?? Please help.

Can't add camera at all. When trying to add the camera via the WiFi we follow the steps and it takes us right back to the start without warning or error message

Just a loosy app and product. Works once in a while. Overall very bad product. No surprise somehow looking at the price and manufacturer.. I have the quality I paid for. Pass your way

works well for me. it does require an IQ above room temperature to be a successful user. if you are a dummy look elsewhere. if you have some smarts then this one works.

It just stopped one day. Tried to cancel membership to reload. But can't do that. So I can't reinstall my system

I see negative reviews. it's not easy to set up a system you're not familiar with, but if you call the support # Randy will address your issues. I feel the negative reviews must not have given the company a chance to make sure the app and hardware work for you. They will call back if you leave a message and they're not trying to sell you a product that doesn't work for you at a fair price.

IOS app is much more stable. I have issues in connection with device with latest update.
