S Memo

I bought the Galaxy Note specifically to use this note-taking feature, but now anytime I open this ap, it does nothing but blink and spin, and nobody can figure out how to fix it. This is the only ap that does this. Too bad other note aps don't work like this one did. Now I have a big useless phone.

I am glad my Note came with Gingerbread instead of the newer, glitchier, Icecream Sandwich software. I can do a lot with this app and the s pen without the upgrade. For the next upgrade of this app, there should be more photo editing features to use once the image is in the memo. That could truly transform this note taking app into a multipurpose, photoshop and indesign replacement. Also, a pop up feature similar to supervideo would be great for this.

I updated because I thought it might have some new basic features (that it needs) like "fill selected area." It doesn't. But now after drawing something I can't reopen it later. The update didn't do anything, besides make it worse. The app itself is fun for like a week but needs improvement. I thought it'd at least be like a mini version of Paint. Expected more for what I paid for my galaxy note.

I've had my Note for several months, and this app is the biggest reason I bought it, and now regret it. It is borderline IMPOSSIBLE to draw fine details over a photo, because the app just registers it as a long-press and grabs/moves the photo. It is almost impossible to get the photo back into place since the app hides whatever you drew while moving photos. The biggest slap in the face is that Note II users can just set photos as the background and eliminate this problem, and also have an Undo button.

It worked two months ago, now it just blinks and rotates without you movie.g your phone. Tapping or holding your finger down doesn't seem to register. You have to force close. Thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling but not in the mood to troubleshoot this rarely used app. Using a halcyon note. Came with phone and updated regularly.

I just got my Galaxy Note 3 days ago and I use S-Memo a lot. O use it for work and play. Can't wait to upgrade to premium suite. It has minor issues with calibration and accuracy but I still love it.

Have had this phone 2 months today and I love it and the s memo/pen works great for notes.

I tried very detailed drawing but more detail I get more time took to load the drawing and now it wont even open. it will force close. drawung was about 70% complete and cant continue. hopefully next update will fix this problem.

The reason I bought the phone was because of the s-pen it works okay. In class I write my notes on the phone. Sometimes I Lose my notes. Its good right now but it can get better just a few changes and ill rate it 5 star.

Only giving it 4 stars because I can't delete it. Give me that option and it gets 5 starts (it IS a cool app).

Great for free hand drawing and sketching or making a quick note. All in all great app just needs a update for lil bugs but great app.

S-Memo is fully compatible with Padawan 9 which is a custom ICS ROM for the SGH-I717 Note 1 user. This app is one reason why I plan to stick with ICS until the Note 3 device becomes available.

Works extremely well and does what it supposed to one of the few preinstalled Apps on my Note I wouldn't remove.

Calibration issues. Very helpful though for kn the go notes. Will download the premium suite and write another review.

S Memo as an App is good and undoubtedly the up and coming Premium suite will make it great. S Pen Holder provides incredible hold and stability making creative tasks easy and effective. iVisor provides both screen protection as well as screen texture for improved S Pen use. I highly recommend this combination to all Galaxy Note owners!

Works well both for typing and hand-writing. On main page 'paper' is too small for fine distinctions.

Who would have ever thought you you could write and draw on your phones screen. Thats pretty freakn neat!!!

Use it for to do and shopping list etc but it is so slow to open and save. I could find a pen and paper quicker. Need a quick add option.

Normally have to wait on the development community to provide such a useful app... Thank you Samsung

I use this app daily. It sure does cut down on scraps of paper laying around filling up that circular file. VERY EASY to use. Great for grocery lists and to do lists.

I love this user friendly and versatile app! nothing comes close!:-) however, please let me rearrange my folders and note stacks. oh and let me have basic font/paint options (size, color, bold, shapes, etc). easy upgrade right?:-) only bug is that I can't seem to send a whole stack in a text message. easy fix?

This really is the best place for grocery lists and other chores my wife makes me do.

Every time I try to draw over a pic I end up moving the pic and that messes up the whole pic...Suckssss!!!

This app is pretty amazing. I wish it had more features and cropping was a little more easier to use.

Creating a folder is not good enough. I wanna create a stack without having to start within a note, like moving the notes into a stack

I Love using the S Memo app. It's so much fun.

Force closes constantly since update. Samsung galaxy note.
