This has been the very best and rock solid banking app in Finland for very long time. Latest update broke something (or as another user suggests some security things might have been altered and it crashes on my LineageOS 17 (Android 10) open source upgraded Samsung Note 3 phone) Works fine on my other "standard" phones. Hope you can fix this, I'd love to keep my phone open source... It has been working reliably with previous app versions. Tried reinstalling etc, no good, same problem.
I like using this app. It's easy and versatile. Especially authentication has been nice to use. The only problem is signing in with fingerprint which takes a lot of time and sometimes fails. UPDATE: the fingerprint issue seems to be fixed!
All good, but english version would be wonderful, however, its intuitive enough even with very basic finnish
Hi. I've been struggling with the app for a while. It would really be nice if you could have an option for one to use the app in English as it can get stressful if one doesn't understand Finnish or Swedish.
A lot of bugs when trying to log into the app with Samsung. It crashes all the time. Tried to uninstall and installed again and still can't get into the app.
Lots of features, most of which you unfortunately cannot access if you don't read Finnish or Swedish. Can't rate this app higher than 2 stars as long as it won't be localized in English.
Could you please mention somewhere in the description that recent versions of this app no longer work on rooted devices? it would have spared me some time and efforts, i only was referred to the webpage about that when I used an older Android 9 device ... and yeah, thanks a LOT for choosing instead of me what is good for my security, and how could I be more grateful for locking me out of my bank on my mobile devices ... "BIG THANKS!!!" 😠
The app has improved tremendously. I like the fingerprint feature a lot and the user interface looks much better. My only lacking feature is English language support. I bet you have many customers who are not as proficient in Finnish or Swedish, plus most other major banks have English in their interfaces. Please consider adding this support.
English would be nice. Security locked me out of app, had to wait for my Finnish wife to come home and fix.
omg i am so tired of having to set it up with fingerprint, over and over again. i set it up three times in the last month. then, i even recently got a new phone, set it up, and three days later, I'm setting it up AGAIN. WHY. This so so inconvenient and unreliable, what's the point of fingerprint if im always just setting it up to use fingerprint, instead of actually using it? :(
It used to be a great app that just worked. Unfortunately, for the last few months the app has started to ask me at least once per every two weeks to re-authenticate to the app using the sheet of unique codes sent to me by the bank. Also, few times the has just stopped working (gives error when opening the app), which requires clearing all app data/cache.
As with many other users, the app constantly hangs on the green loading screen. Constantly resets and forces me to re-setup fingerprint login. I can't rely on this app at all. UPD: had to remove one more star — the app became completely broken and it resets the authorization every single time. I've tried reinstalling the app as customer support suggested, but it doesn't help.
Does not open properly anymore, about 80% of times gets stuck on the green screen before asking fingerprint. Only sometimes opens, but also then takes really long time in the green screen. Update 13.8.2020. It just gets worse and worse, I manage to get in maybe every fifth time I try. Several updates between and still it hasn't improved!
It started crashing after the upgrade. Reinstall did not fix the issue. It does not start at all!
Unfortunately all would be great. Except try to close the app. You have to swipe it away as closing is not possible. Come on S-Group, fix that!
Version launched yesterday 11.12 is crashing on OnePlus 8 Pro! Unable to use app or use it to authenticate!! Edit: Thank you for replying, but still does NOT WORK! I cant authenticate to Finnish gov services or pay urgent bills!!!
After recent update app crashes when launched. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. Please fix.
After latest update keeps open, found out on device wellbeing charts that app is open all the time. Needed to force stop to get rid of this problem.

Nicely done. "Tap and pay" for bonus from lock-screen is gone. I was looking forward to the app differentiating between bonus card request and payment card request. But no, you had to destroy UX for everyone because of Apple. FYI MobilePay was the worst app to partner with. They have no clue as to how tap and pay works. You should've gone with Google Pay like Nordea.
No longer works due to some idiotic integrity checks on startup. If you need to waste development time on that nonsense at least don't break the complete application.
The app is fine functionality wise, but the major issue is that this app does not have an English language option, which makes it really hard to use as a non finnish speaker. I read that this feature is planed and I really hope that the release of the English language feature is in the very near future.
This app has many problems especially when tunnistaudu is taken use. In one Andriod pad, when i tried to take tunnistaudu into use, it crashes. Bank functions work fine. Recently i installed it to another Android pad. Tunnistaudu and bank work few times. Now when i tried to open bank, always error messages come, not able to use bank. In the same pads, Nordea apps work perfectly for years. This app is also slow. Overall very poor user experience.
After updating the app it keeps nagging about how it cannot be used with a rooted phone DESPITE the phone being fully stock and has developer settings disabled. Every other banking app works just fine but this one just won't.
