As another review stated this app is VERY intrusive. The amount amount of ads that popped up on my phone was amazing to me. (and as they popped up they used my emergency notification noise. not cool considering the amount of extreme weather we're having here at the moment) Other than that the app wouldn't be too bad. But I honestly didn't see anything that stood out making it unique. But on that same note as soon as I figured out that it was this app that bombarded my phone I deleted it.

This app installs apps that I didn't install, then when I found the apps, ads started to show up in random places on my phone and my phone started to run slower than normal, also my battery drained faster. I uninstalled the app, and all of the apps that it installed, but the ads were still there along with the other problems. Ended up having to RESET MY ENTIRE PHONE for the problems to go away!

Great application with great effects but the ads are a nuisance. I would not recommend to friends and family as the ads feel like a harassment. The app duplicates whatever screen is on your phone and you are unable to do anything. The ads pop up on critical places on the screen and prevents you from typing or calling till you close them.

Honestly I have not been able to get this program to stop running in the background and to quit self'-starting after I turn it off. I removed all its permissions but still it will intrude in your everyday activities like a bad toothache. It wastes your resources such as battery life, CPU, memory and data. I don't know why developers have to be so greedy or why Google allowed the program in their store. There are many better and less annoying editors to choose from.

i find it intrusive. It installs some kind of ad driven news app that pops up in your notifications and doesnt go away. you can't swipe it away and there is no close button. plus, it requires you to hit the back button twice to close out of the app. This is just too aggressive. it's getting uninstalled.

pure BS. It's free to download the app only, but in order to use it, you MUST subscribe. After you try to bypass all of the 100 ads, you'll get to your pictures... teaser. I could not get to see the results until you give in and pay, otherwise the ads will block you from seeing the outcome. False advertising!

I found an old picture with a certain filter I really liked, and it had the water mark to this app. But when I downloaded the app it told me I had to either get a subscription, or get a /three day/ trial. This is bull. Not only is the trial far too short but the subscription costs waaaayy too much!

I used it a fair bit for simple collages but now it just keeps opening on its own to show me adverts. It even managed it when my phone was locked in my pocket the other day, heard it making noise and this app was playing an advert! All permissions were turned off but it kept doing it regardless so I've uninstalled.

Am uninstalling it before even using it, what were u thinking by this extremely annoying method of ads!!!!!!? It jumps up over everything am doing in other apps with a video & ad bars to paralyze my work for a minute repeatedly all over the day!! Even that i wake up on a loud voice suddenly cause a video just played by itself while the mobile screen is off & not in use!!! What the hell is this are u crazy guys?!!! Definitely hated it no matter how good its options were which i never got a chance to discover it, who would keep such provoking thing! Totally pissed off 😤😡😡😡

Becareful! I have just noticed a transaction of £32.99 on my paypal for this app. Nowhere does it state a price. Not only is it a one off charge but a yearly subscription- which I have just cancelled immediately. Hopefully I will be refunded, I was only looking for a free app. False advertising.

I did enjoy using this app till the pop up ads started interfering with everything to include my GPS. I'm removing it from all of my devices because of the interference and when I tap on the X it very seldoms drop. It goes full screen on the ad it's advertising and then places another pop up ad on top of that one.

I'm so sick of the pop up ads!! Sometimes every few minutes. it's rediculous and invasive. Prior to this, it was a decent app ... not outstanding but useful at times. Am deleting it now that I'm sure this is the problem, after seeing all the other reviews. Shame on you!! So Disgusted!!!

great app. recently my grandson deleted this app. I tried other apps, because i forgot the name of this one, but they were not as easy to go from pictures to editor, to FB, to or from screenshot, to albums, etc. Plus the others didn't have the writing feature which helps me to remember names & things, because I can label pictures & save them for referencing later .

Absolutely horrible!! They put a ads page slide on the right side of my phone and everytime I hit the arrow to post in FB, it took me to unwanted ads, and if I tried to hit left, I would get unwanted GIFS. Awful!! I am sitting at Best Buy because I was going to ask Geek Squad to get it off, and I figured it out before getting out of the car. I guess Google, Chrome, Alphabet, figure they aren't rich enough, and need to make money by screwing us users. Pathological Greed. I never tried the app.

This is the worst photo editor app! This is not only because of the news briefs and ads popping up but that it is sneaky. In my app notifications, it says turned off but they are sliding by somehow. VERY DISHONEST APP. TAKE THIS APP AND STICK IT UP YOUR.....I think you can finish my sentence. PLEASE don't put this on any device.

I used to love this app, which is why I've had it now for well over a year. This morning I woke up and there was an add in the middle of my screen that had my phone completely locked up, so I minimize the screen to see what all the apps that were open and I could see it came from this app. I had an alarm set on my phone, but the app popped up again and locked my phone so my alarms won't sound off. i'll uninstall this app if it's not fixed by tomorrow. I need my alarms for work!

I downloaded this without realizing it was only a 3 day free trial. I never saw anything that told me that. Once I was in the app, it wasn't what I was looking for. I was trying to find a video maker that I could use any music to. On the 4th day, I received a PayPal notification that I was charged $79.99 for the app subscription. Mind you, I had already deleted the app. I contacted Google and the app maker. The app maker and Google NEVER responded. NOT COOL!!!

The editor is fantastic but the app's got way tooooo many ads. To the extent that the ad appears on the phone screen even when the app isn't open. Very sad way to loose battery and peace of mind. Needs a super fix.

Intrusive popup ads that are difficult to close. I hope someone punches you in the face, as my alarm didnt go off due to your stupid app locking up the screen and everything else. I barely woke in time to get to this meeting half a$$ed. Thanks for that. Your actions have reactions. Think this through next time you want to do something. Sha Be.

I have my phone settings set to never receive notifications from this app, yet I have full ads popping up on my screen on a regular basis from this app. This is when I'm not using the app and haven't opened it for days. Suddenly this ad just pops up over whatever I'm doing.

I was supposed to be on a free trial - 3 days - didn't even get to trial it - and they have put in a charge of $89.99. No notification of the free trial ending and would I like to purchase??? I have cancelled the subscription and demanded a refund. This is deceptive.

An excellent app! I have been using it for close to four years now. Though I suggest you consider reducing the number of features you have on pro anyway. Reduce the ads too. Other than that, the app is lovely!

The app itself is good I downloaded with the intention of it's being as easy as a slide bar to edit from normal photo to an emoji ...obviously this wasnt the case(click bait)!!! but if you have the patience (and money!!!) then go for it not for me unfortunately

When you download this app, they will try to spam you with endless ad pop-ups. I know how to fix this on Android, I hate iPhone, because they have no "back" button, so I have no idea how to help you with that overpriced POS. To prevent that find S Photo app icon, click and hold, then press app info, when it appears press the Force Stop button on the S Photo app when you are done using it or they will keep spamming you every 5 minutes.

Tested it out, doesn't have any of the filters that the app store shows and it won't let me cancel my "subscription." Every time I try, the screen just flashes and goes back to the settings page.

Update August 2019 installed a highly intrusive news widget/bot that invades my lock screen. Shutting off notifications in app settings does not stop it. Found the bot screen finally, shut it all off, and it still pops up. Delete this app & get ANYTHING else.

I've never put such a bad califfication to a good app. I used to have it in my other phone so today I installed it again to edit my pics. My memories of this app were great, we even took pictures with my grandma. After installing it, the app tells you you have to pay. It used to be free. Well, if you want to pay, be my guest, the app is great but I'm rating it with 1 star because they say the app is totally free but when you open the app, the only way to edit is by paying. Hope this was usefull.
