It stopped working for me, I cannot authorize transfers or anything anymore, it lets me enter all the info but the botton at the end of the pushtan that says "Auftrag freigeben" is not responding only the "ablehnen" button works, so the transactions are not authorized. Where can I get help?

1. For this alone I'd give a 1 star to the application - custom made keyboard. Why would you ever think it is a good idea especially when it's implemented so badly? Do you have testers?? 2. QR reader function. Reminds of cheap thermometer from ebay where it shows you "your temperature" based on an rng function with range. Does your qr reader work? I have no idea, it snapshots immediately when i target any text on a paper, or if a tiny bit of the qr code gets inside of the frame.

Does not run on rooted devices. I do not use devices that are not rooted, so I can't log into my account. It should be up to the user whether or not they use the app on a rooted device - even if something is compromised, it can't affect anyone else's account.

Sign in password field doesn't allow context menu, or using a password manager. Everything else good but very annoyed to be locked out of your account

Not liking the new "swipe approvals" feature. I don't understand how this adds up to a more user friendly interface. In fact it does the contrary. I just spend 20 minutes trying to figure out why this button that used to be a normal button does not work. Turns out you have to slide the arrow which isn't a bad thing per se but for Christs sake, PLEASE ADD SOME VISUAL INDICATION THAT THIS IS WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO!!! Frustrating.

1. It doesn't allow you to use root (which is NOT a security issue, of you know what you are doing) 2. Doesn't tell you that's the problem but just crashes and you have to find out on your own 3. I don't even have root on! I only enabled developer options to speed up animations and adjust minor settings that have nothing to do with this app or security! 4. Now that I disabled dev options to test it, it works, but tells me something else went wrong and it blocked my account. What is this?

Keep crashing while scanning QR code for the initial setup. Unfortunately, sparkasse trouble shoot team did not understand the problem.

Easy enough to use, works reliably and, well, enables me to pay stuff. A simple "Really spend X moneys on item X?" button for my bank account. Nothing more and nothing less. Had exactly one maybe 15 minutes long hickup of an error message (and that might've been my phones fault). Otherwise, this app feels like...dunno, running on a land line, if that makes sense.

Frustrating and overly complex system. Two apps to do one thing is never a good idea. Two separate apps - each with their own complex app password - that act up and require the (almost always long forgotten) password after events like re-registering your fingerprints are a foolproof recipe for disaster. The whole TAN System is a nightmare, the card reader was and Push Tan still is. In Spain, I get an SMS with an authorization number that's copied into the app and that's it.

Constantly resets my fingerprint login because of "an error." Forces passwords to meet absurd requirements that have been proven to be pointless and even more dangerous. You had better remember it, because entering your password wrong 5 times requires you to reset the app and enter your credentials again. No other way to get your password back Fix this. It's a very important app, so these things should NOT be an issue.

I'm trying to activate the app. At first the Regiestrierungsbrief didn't arrive. At the second try it arrived. However, I can't register due to an error ("Hinweis: Es ist win Verbindungsfehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen sie es später erneut (10003)"). Also, it is quite irritating that the app does not support English.

Can't use app on Samsung Galaxy A80 with Android 10. Always receive a 10003 error when trying to load anything, no matter what I use as connection. Have heard it's a problem for a long time now from other users. It's a shame an important app like this isn't made useable for newer devices.

Doesn't allow signing in. Just shows a screen where you are supposed to create a password but you can neither type, nor click on anything. Customer service was tremendously unhelpful. About time I quit my account with Sparkasse and move to a bank that has arrived in the 21st century.

As for numerous customer, the app just crashes upon starting despite that to my knowledge I'm not using a rooted device. It's hard to understand why the Sparkasse keep such a defectuous app which happen to fail so many of their customers. Just wish there was an option for 0 start because it's all what it deserves.

Apparently root is less secure than SMS..... If you have a rooted device the app does not work because it is deemed not secure, it even manages to bypass magisk hide. Just to let you know, customers like me that have the SMS TAN are in a far less secure situation than with the Push TAN on a safely managed rooted device. VERY BAD MANAGING DECISION over the SAFETY of the customers. This will obviously make me keep the TAN over SMS.

I'm forced to use this software, I've had a stable secure account for my whole life. Now I'm forced to use an app... On the same device that can access the online banking. What idiot thought this was better? (plus, it took days to identify the issue, would have had a 25% profit if I was able to transfer money like I had been for the previous 4 years) fffffffff

Awful user experience. Is a pain to get working on custom ROMs, which are usually *more* secure than the stock OS, and when you get it to work you have to disable updates to prevent it from breaking again. Couldn't be less secure if they tried...

Sucha a shame! Constantly getting an error of 9031 or 10003. And Google does not even have solutions for these errors because apparently it's been happening since 2017! Seriously fix the issues with the app or provide a how-to guide, because getting appointments at the bank during CORONA is insane. I hope Star Finanz-Software hires better developers.

This app is ridiculous. I got a problem some time ago because it blocked my account for no reason and I had to exchange 12 (yes, 12) emails with the bank manager until the problem was solved. Now I got a new phone and I'm trying to use it, but after going through the ridiculously complex process of activating this again it also fully blocked my access to the bank app.

I don't understand why this app isn't up to date with the banking app of the Sparkasse. You don't have fingerprint unlock, you have to type a long a** password with a completely different keyboard (don't know where that's coming from) and the icon is also in a bad quality.

The app prevents other apps to read on screen information. It might be useful for some very old Android OS's but destructive for newer OS's 8 onward where I have built in control over a screen access. You prevented my password manager from reading a password field also you blocked a clipboard forcing me to downgrade my password from 30 maximum entropy symbols to 10-15 a human being is able to remember included in every password cracker library. Well done.

This is absolutely the worst app/website/customer service I've ever experienced. I followed the "9 easy steps" to set up this damn thing only for the website to error rendering my bank account practically useless online. I tried reachinf out via social media to be told to contact the bank. Filled out the email form - "that isn't possible right now." What the hell?

This app is an utter piece of garbage. Do you even test this awful software before forcing it onto your customers? Also, customer service is non-existent. 1. The in-app keyboard does not even provide all possible symbols (e.g. German "Umlauts" are missing), so users can't login to Sparkasse with their existing credentials. 2. The fact you can't use the app once you've rooted your device is a shame! If you must, inform the user and ask for confirmation "proceed anyway?" since most users with rooted devices know what they do (See similar reviews from others).

Same complaint as everyone here. The app crashes when the bootloader is unlocked. Developers are not good at their job. They should ensure the app is secure in itself. They don't seem to understand what "security" means. If you consider SMS more secure than root, you guys should just do something else with your life.

Security and data privacy issues. App wants permissions to "make and manage my phone calls". Why would tan application need something like that? Apparently you can't even finish the installation process if you decide to deny on the above.
