Decent app would be much better if you didn't have bluetooth connection issues i'm 6 feet away & sometimes it has a connection problems but when it dose connect it's pretty good would like to see a update to fix bluetooth signal strength definitely needs a fix always locking my harth heater at 77 can't keep it at 86 or 90 pleez fix asap
Not letting me connect to it. It was working for awhile now it keeps saying my phone system is above for it to update it. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it again, still didn't work. I had to do it manually. Can't use the app cause it won't let it connect to it again. Deleting the app once again.
My phone can't find the fireplace on Bluetooth but my husbands phone can this time. It's been an issue with our phones and we've gone through 3 phones each. It's like it does exist to my phone. I've deleted the app and restarted my phone multiple times and still have this issue. It's frustrating cause what am I supposed to do replace a $650 dollar tv stand/fireplace? I'm not sure what the problem is, my phone is new and doesn't have issues connecting to anything else. Not happy 😒
Everything worked great when I had the Samsung Galaxy S8. Now that I have upgraded to a Galaxy S10+, I keep getting an error message saying that this app doesn't work with anything above a 7.0. That's very disappointing😔
This app is a virus. There's no reason why a BT electric fireplace app should need location and access to all your files. Its china spy BS. Don't download it. Even after I had shut down the app manually it was running and making pop ups saying I hadn't given it permission.
Unresponsive. The only controls that work are power and dimming. I cannot control the temperature or timer.
Was great. But than I got my S10 and it said that its version was not compatible. Please make this compatible for versions newer than Android 7.0 please.
This was an awesome app. App no longer works. Shows a blank screen. This definitely needs to be fixed!!!
OK at first I was going to give this app a zero but figured out where the problem was YOU MUST give the app PERMISSION to work so go to your apps and select the permission and everything will WORK just fine the reason for 3 stars is only because how hard it was for me to figure out what was the problem
This app has no support for new phones. Worked well when I had a Samsung Galaxy 8 a couple of years ago.
Requires permission to use location. not required for remote functionality. This must be a tracking app.

Seems to work except for the timer. I'll use the remote and uninstall this app.

Will not install. Why do you need access to my information and photos to run a fire place. I say BS. Keep your app. Good luck with this app. People.
App stopped working after a year, says I need to downgrade version. Same phone?!?!

I don't get it. My phone got dicharge I had to unplug the fireplace to make stop and since then it never works again. What can I do?

I think the app is pretty neat, but what gives me pause of using it, is the fact that the permissions require access to location and storage. The location i can understand but not the storage because that's also giving access to your photos and such. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't for that fact. It would be nice for next update that they remove those permissions as being required.
