My surname has three separate words. I can't add my booking number to this app because this app doesn't allow to add "space" between separate words in surname. I wonder if S7 is an international airline or not. Update: I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars because the fast response from developer. I hope you can add email address as an option if passenger's surname has "space". The client can find booking either by surname + booking number or by email + booking number.
Very CLEAN, User Friendly, practical, minimalist and, above all, self intuitive.
Online Check in doesn't work for some reason. Description says "An error occurred. Please check your info and try later" And s7 priority card doesn't work in web browser at all, says it is wrong number . Info about the flight and notifications aren'l pretty useful , but has to be more specific with online and on site checkins opening.
The Application is very user friendly and responsive.

This app and the comoany it self tricks you. I bought a ticket and then wanted to refund it. I used the app to check if im allowed to refund my ticket, via the app it says that ill receive a voucher to be used later. so i refunded my ticket and even received an email that says someone gonna call me from CC regarding the voucher. Anyways no one called and after calling them and using the chat they said no refund no vouchers and the ticket is canceled. Regarding the email they said its automated.
I still didn't get a refund from my cancelled flights in March. They said that they will process the refund in 60 days but then decided not to fullfil their obligations. It's the only company that haven't returned money. It's a pity that companies don't care about image anymore. You've just lost a client
A Boarding Pass was showed only once and disappeared. I had problems entering the plain. S7 stuff requested boarding pass and can not explain how to find it in this app.
Incredibly irritating and time consuming to book the first flight. Why force me to create an account and join the priority loyalty program?? All I want is to buy a ticket easily and quickly
Works well and well planned. Once when my flight was delayed and I would have missed my S7 connection, I could literally buy a new flight as the plane took off for Moscow, it really went so fast.
Ok chat works now, so two * back. One more star if seat selection after purchase works and one more if claiming miles for the flights on partner airlines gets working. I am an s7 platinum if that adds weight to my opinion

I miss the person who used to write your app update descriptions. They were so good. Bring back that person. Now they are boring.
Booking an upgrade from economy to business class is not worth it. You don't get priority boarding, you don't get lounge access, you don't get anything but the bigger seat.
Online call doesn't work properly on Note 9. The smartphone is constantly vibrating and an operator doesn't hear me.

Flights can be bought only as Roundtrip or One Way. Multiple Segment option is missing, please add it.

Localization does not work correctly - the interface does not switch to Russian by clicking on the "use Russian language" button. By default, the language in the phone is English (GB), in other applications the language change works. Technical support answered, everything works for us, the problem is in your device. UPD: I twice sent letters with screenshots to the technical support address, the technical support replies that "everything works for them on their test device."
