SA Lotto & Powerball Results

This app could use some major improvements. For one, less on the ads, the ads are so much they ruin the experience of using the app. Takes up way too much time to update Winning lotto numbers

The app is very excellent and it give me an access to pay using my bank account, so i dont have to stand long lines in the shops. And the fact that the app allows me to play all the bet for lotto such as powerball. The app is so fantastic. Thank you national lottery.

For now I downgraded the star rating from 3 to 1. What ever you have tried to upgrade to this version we are now see. For me it's a 'NO' - I can't access any log in for a play. I have funds in my account but can't use it. Instead the app platform only shows some previous results of which I don't want. I know where to go when I'm looking for previous results. For better advice - please reinstore previous version instead of this one.

Well with this app it makes my life easier to play lottery games no boring queues and what I like is that if I have won the lottery let me know when I have won and the money is automatically paid in my wallet. I only have one request, is for the app to allow us to top up our wallet using vouchers

When I first downloaded tha app I thought it was amazing, I could deposit money so easily and play the lotto games, but now that I want to withdraw money from my wallet it keeps on saying my account is not approved, I even phoned the National lottery self care and there said there will fix the issue or whatever but nothing has been done, so this just means my money keeps on going down the drain and with the littlest that I win, i cant even withdraw it because it wont come out, I'm really angry..

TABOO... You want my opinion? This is utter nonsensical app I've ever downloaded, and after this review - I'm gonna remove this trash. All it foes is just to redirects you to national lottery website, that's freaking what it's all about, oh and vast of senseless ads. I'd rather visit the lotteries website which does not have no ads. Please show some creativity next time.

Its very good, but just a bit cluttered, I would have prefered a more cleaner interface. Its still very very useful and handy and authentic. I love it.

I won some lotto money, not much. I made a cash withdrawal on the 12/07/2020. I didn't receive the pin. I called them and was told turn around time is 72hours. After 8 or so days I still have not received the pin, I called them again, was told a call was logged but there is no turn around time. Its been 15 days now still have not received a pin or my money pack in my app wallet. After getting my money I am never using this app again

It works fine. Just a bit of a mission to navigate between lotto, powerball and powerball plus draws. Would like to have powerball with plus info on one screen

In the beginning it was a very good app for me even recommended to my family but it's no longer worth it for me. I deposited money twice but when I checked my balance there was nothing, even sent you a message but you never got back to me which is so unfair. Well rather than losing my money like this I would rather uninstall this app.

It is good. The only thing I experienced was to how to deposit cash to my wallet. Then I added national lottery as a beneficiary. Now it's easy. I cannot access downloaded pdf receipt.

The only thing that bothers me is that i cannot change my notification settings. The settings menu is in full black so i cannot tell what i'm selecting or unselecting.

First it was perfect playing on the app,but now im experiencing difficulties,such as i no longer able to play sportstake 13 nor 8,as it doesnt not longer save my tickets to the cart,please improve.

May i please get a refund of monies that i deposited into my mobile app account since I cannot log in to the app, I'll use alternative platforms to play. I've been sent from pillar to post and have been asked to send ID copies and bank statements but i still haven't been assisted.

Afternoon, after today's update, it seems a certain software developer fundi has messed this thing up, it doesn't allow one to login, and then you can't play... All it displays are foreign Lotto advertisements, what must I do with that, please fix this thing we need to play...

very slow app. sometimes it doesn't even open. most of the time the site is down. so much for convenience when buying a lottery ticket!

Couldnt connect to play my numbers - it kept showing error until time was up. I'm really not impressed waste of my data. I have just watched the draw and my ticket that is hanging in my cart has 4correct numbers

It is a good app u don't have to saty in a long queue to purchase your ticket however is difficult to make a withdrawal as ur banking details will be deleted now and again I have been trying to make withdrawal I have followed all steps required but still can't

I like the app, i don't have to stand in long ques to play, but there is something that happened that i didnt like the app charged me extra for a ticket of R15, it charged me R40 and i tried to query with not much of help. But i still love the app very much its helpful except for that error

When I go through the process of topping up my wallet, it doesn't do the topup even though I go through the whole process of accepting it through my bank app. I have now not played for 6 draws due to this.

I'm a person that's always busy with work if I get to play lottery I sometimes struggle to get results since I'm situated at the rurals. So the app makes it easy for me to get results.

I've picked up a problem. My Samsung software was upgraded and now it doesn't configure I cant get into the app. I have money in my wallet that I can't access. Please advise.

The App is okay. I just don't like the feature of adding your RSA ID number during registration. They don't ask that in the playing outlets. App is okay but has too many ads.

To much ads blocking your screen makes it hard to play the lotto games. It is in the way, pisses me off.

After the new update a person cannot log on to play the lotto, Only lots of results for local and overseas. What the heck.

This application is easy to use and you can check results and play at the same time. You can even top up the voucher without a sweat 👏👏

It used to make things easy for me.. Now when I'm trying to top up from my credit card all of a sudden it refuses.. Nd I don't have a cell phone banking because I don't want it..help from ithuba needed please

It's easy to use the problem is, how do I claim if I won? and the comparing of numbers is just toomuch work atleast if the app automatically shows how many numbers and how much I have won, maybe in the near future

This app. is so much convenient for me in that I can play, view results, and even top up money through my bank. I can do ALL these anytime and anywhere 👌
