Great app, just missing a few things like medical tax credit, and you might want to correct the "tax threshold" amounts, the ones listed are only the accumulated rebates and not the thresholds.
I had it on all my previous phones. Does not work on my new Huawei P40. But it seems it is the problem with Huawei phones now.

Hi, please update the UIF rate from R148 to R177, the rate has changed from June 2021.
I wanted to calculate a once off payment at work of R10 000, how much it will be taxed when I normally get Gross salary of R36000

Your formula is wrong. How can you enter a gross of 40k, have a PAYE of R7800, and a mere pension contribution of R148 @ 7.5% of gross??? Also the take home pay at your simple tab too high doesn't correspond with the tax brackets in 2019 tax table??? Not worth it sorry...
The advanced tax calculator is incorrect. It should be reflect (gross salary - tax -uif - pension fund) = net salary. You have (gross salary - tax - uif) = net salary. So whenever we calculate our net pay after pension fund the take home pay is higher that is should be. Please fix it. I was getting ready to tell my employer that their maths is wrong, but decided to check multiple sources and discovered you're is wrong.
Advanced calc values are wrong. No provision for med aid contributions.
I hope there will soon be a 2018 update. A most amazing and useful app.

Perfect! Exactly what it says on the box and exactly what it does (surprisingly, in our brave new world!). Have used it for years without ever needing to replace due to out-of-date content tables or application instability.
