The new version is much worst than older one, it is much slower and constantly crashes. The summeray accounts dashboard doesn't refresh when any transactions are done. Also doing a payment to the visa then clicking home again just returns to the Visa again. Just a very bad job all over
This new interface is ugly. The previous one was much better. Any change should've been based on the previous design. Also previously before the update the app could detect codes sent in sms. Now it doesn't and I have to manually key it in.
The app is good as interface although it is a bit slow. In addition, most of features are not working because they require to enter SMS code and this is not working as no entry is not working at all.
The app is not compatible with Samsung Z Fold 3 , The text fonts aren't readable and overwrite each other as well as the boxes and graphics I have to use the website to access some features
I believe that you should audit your development team as from long experience they are doing what they should not do. After tge latest update, the app do not read the verification code, unlike the old version, We have to type it manually. They always get things back to square one.
The latest update which I downloaded today (16 March) seems to have corrected all the issues that I had highlighted in my last review. The virtual card information is now visible. However, the field for RM mobile number is displaying my national ID number. The app is loading much faster now 👍.
The new look of the app is laggy and cluttered while transitioning from 1 page to another. Everything else is perfect. The earlier UI wasn't laggy asbthis new UI.
This is the best app,to use , very easy to use, faster in speed, convenient in shopping and safe to use at all times, with the app you can do transactions,pay bills, send money,and buy goods electronically
Extremely slow. It feels like an app from the 90's. Used to be very fast. Please bring back the speed. I think in the meantime we need to go back to using the website as that will be faster.

every transaction I made, always showing Technical Error after putting OTP, other friends SABB are working just fine. Please fix this!
It's always hanging up,have to leave the app &sign in again. Also,it's more completed now, to many steps to make a Transfer.

GARBAGE BANK Trust me when I said this applied for credit there mention no need for guarantor but when you applied they will need salary certificate it's OK no problem but after applying you will get call from marketing department that you are not eligible for credit because your salary is not more than 5000 but there is no such rule has been mentioned in the site I need to close my account if there is no honesty
Such a bad customer service.... I called around 20sabb customer care Numbers which is available in mobile app and website... But nobody pick the call for 3 days.. I stopped trying that and i send email to them regarding my issue... Till now there is no repply... Such a worst experience i have ever seen
The app is working very badly since the last update. Everytime it hangs. Earlier it used to open instantly, now it takes a long time.
Very slow and is lagging all the time. Pluse no connection issues. The previous app is much better.
Very bad. The new version is not working on samsong mobiles. It is always signed out after inputting the OTP. Please fix this issue
Oooh my God I just can't get help from this my phone accidentally dialed and end up blocking from log in since then itried to fix it but no help from customer care when you go to branch they say its online issues am fade up thanks to other app I can safely send and save my money peaceful
This is my third review. From 4 to 1. the app gets worst with every update. Slow and hangs a lot. In short use the website or go with a modern bank. Try AlRajhi their app rocks.
Update had made loading time much better. But fix SABB logo on splash screen it is stretched and not look professional.
Can you test it on Galaxy fold 3? I can't access the all feature the app needs to be compatible with the galaxy fold 3 2 screens dimensions. Thank you

It was working absolutely fine on old app. This new app is worst and I have noticed the following changes. 1. My already added beneficiaries needed to be updated again. (WHY?) 2. I am receiving delayed OTP's on my mobile or no SMS received at all. 3. Worst thing that happened is that I used to transfer money to my STCPAY account using SADAD Payment. SABB is now charging VAT on SADAD payment to STC which is totally unfair. I have transferred from Alinma and there is no VAT.
This new app is very bad. From design to usage...its just bad. You better return to old version, it was working perfectly
Your SABB Mobile app on android stopped working properly. The SMS verfication code for transactions can not be captured from the phone automatically or even entered manually by typing, which is very strange. It never used to be like that.
The app is not opening on Android. It says cannot open due to technical reasons.. where as Iphone it is opening at same time.
Now the new does Not allow adding schedule order, nor shows the existing ones. After selecting the "From date" for filter and try to select "To date", calender is still on that date. It does not go to current date. Also No forward arrow, only backward. Sometimes when viewing detail of a transaction back arrow is not shown and can not go back by mobile back key. Good update. Still incomplete, in managing bills, it does not show what the Autopsy bills are.
