This app is very very very outdated compared to the other banks! It looks so 1980's I know the developer can do better it needs a major overhaul! This app is so trash, don't even have 24/7 service! My app locked me out have to wait until tomorrow to get it reset this is crazy!.
I usually enjoy yhe app, but for the past few weeks, the app automatically closes before I can even enter my login information. please fix the bugs!!
Constantly needing me to have a security code sent to my phone to log in. Then rejects the last code it sent me and locks me out. Called the bank and the bank shows me not locked out. Tried to log in while on the phone with the bank. Same message saying exceeded the number of log in attempts from it rejecting the security code.
App worked fine until I tried to load on a new phone. Took forever to load the app and now the App crashes before I can enter my login information.
i loved the app being able to check my account on the go but now it wont let me log in i deleted the app an tried to get it back but its useful now! very unhappy with it

App crashes when you get to log in screen.Not able to use fingerprint to sign on anymore.
No longer works. Opens on a black screen once I input my password. I am looking into moving my banking business elsewhere as we speak. Sabine isn't worth the hassle.

App does not work & bank BEATS YOU OUT YOUR MONEY..THEY DONT EXPLAIN FEES ON PAPERWORK NOR WHEN YOU OPEN ACCOUNT...DO NOT USE...i gave it 1 star because i couldnt give it a negative 0

App is trash I can't believe it look so retro you barely can do anything on it! I bank with Navy Federal as well and they have a great banking app! On here don't even have the choice to show your full account number! The statements never pull up!
