The worse application and web site i have ever dealed with ...... very old fashion, not updated will , a lot of options are not available in the application , I can not imagine a great schools with great performance ( before ) can continue in same horrible old fashion application in 2022
Worst experience anyone can ever get with an online app. As usual Choueifat finds delight in giving us and our kids hard times. Not at all userfriendly. Sending my email to retrieve password which im sure is correct only to get a silly, provocative reply that email is wrong and not registered. Same applies to webparent!!!!!!!!! Incompetent team and management to say the least!!!!!!!!
This app is highly beneficial for Choueifat students and their parents, but it has a few issues. Firstly, the titles in most headings are overlapping with other words, hence making them unreadable. Secondly, the user is unable to zoom out in any tab on a handful of android platforms making it difficult and unpleasant to view. Thirdly, the school calender's month and term view dates are scrambled and the numbers are misplaced. Also, it would be very practical if there was an extra section containing the SLO points and the major school milestones and events on the calneder. Finally, the app has improved drastically, but the quality can still be modified in terms of loading speed and accessibility. Thank you.
Absolutely the worst. The headings overlap, the UI isn't user friendly. It never has the up to date information. Doesn't display the report cards or progress at all. And I highly doubt the school management is even interested in keep the progress updated or even fixing the app or the digital portal. It's only for show. Worst experience with this pretend digitalization.
App is useless. Many options are not available. For example why can't we see the reports on the app !!?
It is nonsense the app log out after some days or weeks and let us to search after the username and password which is not simple at all. If the user does not log out, no need the system automatically close the session. It is not a shopping or bank account app to let the session be closed after a time. Better make it open permanent until user log out willingly.
not up to the expectations. lags too much and for the most important things which is gallery it never loads and when it does, it hangs a lot.
Cannot get set up with the app. Tried multiple times to set up username and password. No luck.
Takes alot of time to update the students mark your better of using the sabis digital platform but evn though it takes a week after you finish the exam to show the mark but this app takes three weeks to show the mark of the exam you did three weeks ago
In my opinion i at first thaught that the people saying that this app is laggy and doesnt let me to login it is absolutely true this school(my school) i thaught that it wouldnt be that bad but I was completly wrong and btw I hope this app gets better
Why I can't login to this app and why it's impossible to change password or user name? Useless. First time to have such experience with applications.
Its a good program but on mu mobile it doesnt appear the homework assignments,prep list and the average mark of the term..thank u
how can this app be released without testing.. fonts too big and overlapping to name some of the most basic requirement. should be withdrawm till its usable.
as a child who is in sabis, this is a actually very nice app, has all worksheets for me.

Terrible. UI is made for older phones, not latest model phones with bigger screen size. No scrolling on messages, so half the message is cut and cannot read the bottom half. Needs to revamped and tested for latest phone models, not phones from 20 years ago.
