Hard to use app. Rigid options that often don't describe what you need. Some things qr organized oddly, like adandonee vehicles are in code enforcement, not parking (just put it in both!). Haven't been able to login in a while. I just get a white error screen, and when I try to back out I get a Salesforce error screen. Not helpful.

The app prompts you to "Register or Login." However when you try to use that option it results in an error message. One must use the Guest option, which means the request is not trackable by the user. There are also questions that require either a number (i.e. how many people in an encampment) or only give Yes/No as answer options. Sometimes one doesn't know the exact answer; app need to have "Unsure" or "Unknown" as choices. There's definitely room for improvement.

Not enough characters to list all the issues. Let's start with can't create an account, extremely slow, have to close the app multiple times just to complete one request, and my favorite the warning that my "browser is not supported" when I start the app. What browser!?

Cannot attach photos and gives no error as to why. Treats me as not logged in until I attempt to log in and then I'm logged in already. This is already a massive improvement over the old app. Please continue to improve and fix the above errors as well as the myriad spelling and grammatical mistakes.

Liked the previous version better. Can't stay logged in with this version. Have to keep logging in. When it asks for an "address or park location" and one enters a park location like "Valley Oak Park" it won't accept it and proceed to the next step. So while it asks for parks it doesn't accept parks.

Typos not proofed before roll out page 1 oh instead "of". Page 2 vcant instead of "vacant". And there are some other ones throughout. That takes away from reading the information out there that the city is providing. The app was easy to use. But as a professional we should take pride in what we put out for the public to use from government!

Nice idea but sent in circles trying to schedule e waste/appliance pick up. Fits under zero listed services???? The link to schedule takes u to same list u start with. Nice idea, but like so many that waste our time installing, u r still stuck with email or phone automation....

App works, just close it and open it again if you get an error code. Was able to schedule an appliance pickup very smoothly.

Go back to the last App. Why do you want somebody to log in? Not as user friendly as last app. Missed trash service first makes you verify your address, then you have to enter it by hand anyways.

Love this app! Great way to connect to the city when needed. I think I have reported at least a dozen street lights that needed repair.

Was able to use old 311. Now, . new one will not recognize email. When u call 311, 10 minutes of stupid stuff before u can get to an operator. They try & make better & screw it up.

Very impressive method to streamline communication to request assistance from government source. Unfortunately, the response received appeared to be robotic, generic, and rhetorical - (ineffective in obtaining response) like leaving one's request on answering machine & receiving a "we'll address your problem when we can, thank you" answer.

it keeps crashing and every link in thr FAQ just brings up a page to report broken links. useless.

This app is worthless. On 1 phone I get a white screen on nother phone when I send service request I get a error.

Thanks for the "new and improved" update. Too bad it doesn't actually work. All i get is a blank screen.

Couldn't even finish registering before I got an error from Salesforce (no state) and had to unistall the app.

They made it useless after the update. Finding the pick up calendar on this sucks now

This app is no good I uninstall it from my phone and reinstall it and I get nothing zero it like the previous one give me problem I'll give you a zero on that the rating

Created a service, does not work. Cannot upload photos to receive seevice.

Good app but can't exit the app. Have to hit Home and kill the app.

Wold like to know if the request was received, reviewed, in progress and possibly completed.

If i could actually download the app to my phone i would give a review.

I can't get any help from the city regarding the housing hell that I am currently in that is literally sleep depriving me that could be fixed if anyone could stop passing the buck. This is not a 21st century city.
