An app is excellent. The purpose of app is excellent. The intent of app is excellent. The final execution of app is excellent. Unfortunately results are poor: communication from public via app meets with deaf ears.
App isn't working and keeps closing. Oops! Something went wrong and then done. Still not working. What's up?
I HAD to give this app one star which it doesn't deserve. Every time I attempted to create an account the site would crash. Very disappointed. But hey, what can you expect from Sacramento County government.
Terrible you can't even make a request. If you could 311 all it does is give you a link to the phone number to call. Complete waste of an app.
Have only had positive experiences with the app. Does what it's supposed to do. Would appreciate more picture slots though.
This would be a great service if accurate information were provided.. about 50% of the time the information given I know for a fact to be incorrect. One has to spend a lot of time trying to debate with the call center to get them to look the information up and respond to the actual code not just the County decided they'd like to enforce version of the code..
Please, allow for more upload picture slots in the reports. The sac city app allows it. Thanks you

Sacramento County Code Enforcement is corrupt. They will protect their friends from the code and allow the codes to be broken badly in very serious and dangerous ways for What appears to be personal reasons. Are they taking bribes? It certainly looks that way. They need to be investigated

App is great, easy to use. The county is horrible. No response on reports. A rep from the county called and said an abandoned motor home people are living in would be tagged to tow the next day...still there a month later.
Great app! But there's two different type of this version. One is the county and the other is the city. I have just found out that I have downloaded the wrong app because I live in the city and not the county. So gonna uninstalled this one and get me the city version.
I've been using this app for sometime and have had some very good responses. It's easy to use and can most of the time explained what info is needed. I've given it 4 stars because it was deserved.

app crashed when i tried taking a pic inside the app, great idea if it worked, but would love to be able to file a report online
Pretty good, reporting all the instances of illegal dumping in my neighborhood is pretty easy... they only allow for one photo to be sent tho. Hard to get an establishing shot, and a detailed shot in on go.
