I downloaded this app so because of the King's use of cryptocurrency tokens in the 'Call the Shot' feature. I'm excited to see 'Call the Shot' the feature but haven't been able to access it at all. It won't stop loading and keeps giving an error message about a a slow network. I've tried this on 2 Android devices now and on several WiFi networks, and keep getting the "too slow" error. So for me this app is currently broken.
This is probably the worst app out there. It hangs randomly and does not let me sign in with my credentials. Basic error handling code seems to be missing from the app design. It's funny how if the app crashes, guess you can't attend the event you pay for. I will update this message if I can find an app that has been designed worse than this one, despite the low bar this one sets. Disgusting!
This app is terrible!! Downloaded it so we could order food from our seat instead of getting up and bothering everyone in the row. There were so many app glitches I can't describe them in 500 words. When we finally found two items it would let us order, it took our money. It's now been 1.5 hrs & we have no food. We've tried texting back to the confirmation text & emailing as well as using the support messenger in the app. Zero response.
Update: The Kings game done a lot over the years to improve the app. There are still occasional bugs, but overall the user experience and reliability had improve immensely.
App crashes consistently after opening on game days. It is useless. Please fix. Also still getting spam notifications from the app after I turned off all notifications in the app. Had to block the notifications in Android settings.

Worked for a day, now crashes whenever it opens on Android. Deleted and reinstalled - no change. Fortunately I had taken screenshots of my tickets before it started crashing.
Love it we take light rail to game from Folsom and sometimes we have to leave before the game is over because our train leaves at 9:24 (wish it would leave at 9!35 ) and game is not over so we go on the app to catch the score also when were in Colorado we kept checking on how the King's are doing just to let you know that we been with the King,s since 1985 the old wooden floors that we stomp on
Updates are slow... Player profiles are lacking.
The app is horrible. Frustrating to access tickets, sends notifications that I have already opt out of. So many problems.
I'd give it more than 3 stars if the creator of this app actually updated game stats as the game ends instead of not doing anything at all leaving stuff blank. that's really my only problem is you guys dont update as the game ends.
The Kings offer a Jack in the Box deal at the game, but you have to download the app to get it. I downloaded the app and see SQUAT. What a joke! This thing is useless!
You would think the app would be top notch but certain things can not be done yet without getting on the desktop.
It's a great app I love seeing the highlights and the layout is great keep up the great work.

Nope, thinks every email under the sun has signed up for them. Not worth a chicken sandwich to deal with all the frustration of just signing in. Big no.
I bought one of the online passes and in order to get my seats before the game I have to have a mobile number to receive them. Tried to add my phone number in the app and it won't submit.. if I cant update it I won't know where to sit..... what do I do now? The app doesn't even work half the time... .
Takes up WAAAAAY TOO MUCH SPACE on my phone and it's super slow. I delete it as soon as I can after a game.

The park whiz app that opens with this app does not work right. It wont let me reserve parking for the gane this sunday. It ttries to force me to by parking a day earlier. Fix this shiz
Significantly improved performance with recent updates. No longer impacts other apps.
Notifications don't work about 50 percent of the time, they often will either; open my browser to its usual home page which is not kings related, open the kings app with the correct content, open the kings app to the main page, or open my browser with the correct content. Four different possibilities for an action that should simply open in the app to the notification story, but instead frustrating experiences with the app. I'm using dolphin browser for Android if that helps fix the issue.
