When I try to take a picture of a check to deposit it, the app may log out after taking the picture, and I have to start the process all over again. (I think this may be due to a bug where changing the interface orientation may reset the screen information, so I had to be extra careful to keep the phone in portrait orientation.) The app also crashes when I try to look at my check deposit history! Still, I'm able to deposit checks, but the app needs to have these random bugs fixed! (Perhaps it's because my device is older, so the developers should also test the app with older devices.)

Updated app improved functionality. Example:It recognizes my various devices during login, without requiring additional security procedures. Very easy to use Bill Pay

Can't read picture very good. I adjust exactly how it states and it found some error to not accept. Very frustrating!!!

It is always easy to deposit my check especially now with my new phone. It even provides a light!!

Very easy to use and quite convenient to move money, deposit checks online, etc.

I just wanted to see if you can add a tool to manage money all in one place and you can be able to sync other accounts to see your net worth and liability like credit cards and etc in one place. I really love that feature. Please see if it can be added for all customers to enjoy. Thank you.

Haven't had any issues as of yet. Update: I've been using the mobile app for a while now and am enjoying the UX overall. It's a solid build that has given me ZERO problems. 👍 (Had an issue I thought was related to my VPN, but it may have been some other factor. Seems to be working now!)

I couldn't believe how incredibly simple it was to use this new app. Why aren't other apps like this one! Even my cell phone is not this smooth. Whoever designed this should design every app in the galaxy! This is the most user-friendly program I have experienced in my life. Hooray! It all starts with the first window that gives critical information at a glance. From there the Adventure Continues ...

It is very valuable for quick banking and checking balances! I am still getting use to online paying ( I am dyslexic so confused at times) so it closes on me saying inactivity! But remember that's me. It a great sight and the support is great also.

It is an ok app, I really miss being able to text my account for balances and transactions. I guess that it was too hard for the credit union to figure out. Oh well, it is still a nice low end credit union.

Weak app, just too many banking operations I can't do with this app that I have to go to a branch office to do, ie., printing pdf, retrieving old statements, editing scheduled transfers. etal. Good for basic banking only.

Very helpful! Allows me to do most of my banking needs from work or home rather than interrupting my busy schedule

Sometimes buggy. The accounts button hasn't worked since last update. Apart from other occurrances of some function not working, only to work properly next time I use it, the app fulfills it's basic functions.

It is impossible to objectively rate at this time as use of app is new and limited. I have used the check deposit sub menu. This is a nightmare of fractured instructions and contradictions. "HOLD THE CAMERA THIS WAY(?) . TURN 90°, MOVE OUT, TURN 90°, MOVE OUT, TURN 90°, MOVE OUT. I AM SORRY WE COULD NOT CAPTURE THE CHECK. TRY MANUALLY. CORNER MISSING. ARE YOU ABLE TO READ THE DATE? RETAKE PHOTO UNABLE TO READ DATE. What are the # signs for check at the bottom of the CAPTURE screen? In/ou

App's functionality has improved tremendously. Good job!

It's a very convenient app for online banking. Very easy to use. Would have given them 5 stars but I cannot seem to get them cohesively working with Google Pay and have gotten so irritated trying that I have given up

Consistently fails to correctly read the back of the check. Rejects deposit saying it needs to read "for mobile deposit only" but I've written that and it takes 3-5 tries to get it to accept the deposit.

Great banking experience with Sacramento credit union. This app makes staying connected to my accounts in real time convinent and easy. I love the S20 account. The S20 has great returns. Thank you Sacramento credit union. I appreciate your friendly service and amazing app.

My daughter is in college and every once in a while she needs money. So when I am on the go and close to a computer, this app makes it convenient to transfer money to her account. Thank you SCU.

Love this bank and app. We've move to a different city but decided to keep the accounts open because SactoCu provides great customer service and is very easy to work with. Keep up the good work!

Been a member for a long time, never really had a problem with Sac Credit, very helpful people. Sac Credit is a great bank, can't see going anywhere else.

I really love this app. The only Improvement I would suggest, would be to have a little more time before automatically signing the member out.

Clunky interface. Took 3 tries to deposit a check, that was flawless using this same app the previous 2 months.

Sometimes mobile deposit works, but often it doesn't. I have another account and mobile deposit is flawless so the technology is out there.
