SADAD Payment App

Please add Credit Card payment option under Bahrain Bus and make it Real-Time payment instead of waiting for 2 hours for the credit to be applied in the GoCard. Also, Dark Theme please on your next update. Thank you.

Old version was very good New Version is worse not working properly .. Plz fix it

The app is laggy, got bugs and slow. Bad user experience. Every time i click back, it takes you out to home screen where it takes a long time to load and must start the process fromthe beginning. Not worth it for Playstation cards because you pay more than what you get. 5BD gets you 10$ when it's supposed to be +13$. Save your money unless you need credit for a bahrain psn account and have no other option to buy it cheaper directly from Playstation or online.

Is this app broken after the update? i wrote my pin and it just told me have a nice day?? i dont know if the page is loading or if the app is stuck, there is no loading bar or anything to indicate that the page is loading, so im uninstalling the app and reinstalling, i think the page is frozen

The application is excellent .. It Made life easier .. Previously I was suffering of payments. Sadad machines are few near my area and if its midnight for urgent payments i couldn't able to go out mostly no 24 hours cold store are opening near my house.. However some machines are with a technical defect or do not accept some types of money papers or there is no credit card payment.. One disadvantage is i cant pay by credit card always not acceptable only debit cards, please improve.

This application is too slow. 🐌 If the developers want it to compete with other applications, they definitely need to make usage easier andfaster. Right now, it cannot compete at all. I am sure you know which application I mean!

useless, confusing, time consuming process, not fully automatic and functional. I deposited money but not updated in the system. I reported them complaint but even after 24 hours nothing was updated. needs someone to look into this app's problem

This app sapose to be useful I installed it but cannot receive the activation code I waited for long then I deleted it.... wish that I could use it with out issues... I'll definitely install it again later.... Can you help me out with this problem please ?

Just downloaded this to buy me playstation gift cards and the prices are way too expensive. 10 dollars equal 3.7BD, not 5BD.. My friend told me i can use my stc app to buy the gift card, i did and the price for 20 dollars is 4.5BD, big difference. It might not be much to some but in this Corona pandemic i think everyone should becareful on how much they spend

(Edit) It is very very slow app and can cause double payment because you think that the payment didnt register...but the customer service is GREAT so 4stars. Its coming along nicely👌🏻

After initially giving it one star, i am changing it to 4 stars, after multiple attempts, the customer care including the supervisor got in touch with me to address my issues, glad it was resolved

Unable to add cashu for debit card, it says "Entered data is incorrect. please try again ", facing this issues , even the new starting did not solved the issue. continually, Also how to get confirmation of active account ? i am in Kuwait user.

I paid for Batelco and got payment success but Batelco didn't receive the payment and didn't show in my payment history .. Now I have to go here and there to solve it.

Dear I have paid EWA Payment through my credit card.. I have not received payment transaction receipt from sadad or ewa. normally when we do payments though ewa web site same time we get the receipt.. it's a easy to account.. but when we paid to sadad we are not getting payment details. What is the reason behind this??? Customer service number is not answering the calls... Like this service we are getting 🤔 Recently download Saad app to make future payments... But now??

Cool app for top-up, recharges and online gift cards. User friendly.

It's become worst now . I am Receiving Verification Code all the time and when I entered the same exact code . It's saying u have entered incorrect code .

Need to be improved and fixed some bugs you have to fix the error isue which we can't pay anything

If you are in need of a better option to SADAD payment app, I recommend you to give a chance to MenaPay which is blockchain based islamic payment gateway

This app user-friendly good, but need implement for credit card save option.

Cant register, just send my mobile number for 4 digit codes 10x, and it seems waiting like eternity,, pls fix it
