Having a problem logging in the with the app. Says no active account. But using the main website. It's all there.
I really, really like this SAEC. My great grandparents, my grandparents, my parents; & my Beloved Husband & I had SAEC for nearly 45 years b-4 he passed away a little over 4 years ago. I even remember when it was called REA. SAEC makes it so much easier for me to check my usage & to pay my bill, since I have no way of going. Yall be safe & God Bless.
On the previous review that I left I stated that I was not able to use my American Express card to make a payment. I have not received a response nor has it been corrected. Edit- issue has been corrected. thanks.now if you could put the per kilowatt-hour price would be awesome
Can't view billing details or trends like you can on your paper bill.

Tried multiple times to register and sign up to use app.....nothing. keeps saying please wait while we save your info. Does nothing
Couldn't get it to work, not even once!
It's great if you only have accounts in 1 name, we have several in both our names & it's a pain to remember passwords & switch back & forth. Otherwise it works great. Just wish I was able to 'add' accounts.
