I have been unable to register my number after changing handsets. Very frustrating. No assistance from safaricom either....they do not support the app yet they own it! 15/02/2018 They fixed it...works perfect!
The app helps me keep record of my mpesa transactions with a glance. It has also helped me retrieve numbers I lost by glancing through my transactions history. The app is a great way to also save useful contacts and billing information
This app is so helpful to view all sent and received transactions. I would give it more stars but now my entire 2017 records are not visible at all...please solve this.
its becoming useless, doesnt automatically read new messages, trying to reregister says authorization message failed please try again later. And at this time there is no any message from you in my phone. Just uninstalling it now
There was a time this app served its purpose well. Nowadays, it doesn't register Sim cards or update transactions. If it has outlasted its usefulness kindly discontinue.
A good app but it does not refresh automatically on android 8. I have not restricted background data & not on battery saving mode.
Bure kabisa.. First it told me i had changed sim card. Then i reinstalled. Now it has error sms code.. and im seeing many comments on this... where is the developer of the app?
It's good application, very convenient... Only downside is the last update was on 2016 hence, I can't get to even download the new tarrifs... Please create an update.
i like how i can know exactly what i have transferred over time to individuals and companies over time on the app. it has also helped confirm some transactions where i didnt have SMS
great to follow your statement but some transaction are not captured. should improve to include all. especialy if immediately deleted from messeges.
First it says this is not the sim card I installed it with, says I re-install. After re-installing, says: error in sending confirmation sms.
It's a cool app. I always get all my mpesa transactions history for a whooping 3 years. Ill give you 5 star when you enable checking for updated charges
the app is good but severally I have been unable to locate some transactions. when I search by amount I dont get results
I don't get the latest transaction history on this app a lot if information missing and why can't we also see the transaction charges overtime?
Failed to update my previous transactions before its installation. Should also be modified to update cash transactions and categories.
Good app though I would have preferred if it auto updates the mpesa messages instead of me opening the app and manually doing it by myself
Moderately OK. It doesn't offer real time restorations. You only get up-to April 2018 and yet we're in September. Weird though.
May be to simplify the app for those who are slow thinkers let it appear in two columns "debit and credit".
The app is good, I have been using it to check the amount of money I need to spend in the transactions that I do daily . It's a Great app and I love it.
The app cost calculator stops at 35,000/= maximum transaction whereas Mpesa transactions stretches up to 70,000/= per day. Update this app properly.

The app is very reliable, it always helps me in accountability and future reference.
It actually helped gather the transactions I had sent to a particular number and I want to believe it was accurate and to the point
I couldn't remember well how much I have contributed in group saving but checked with m ledger and I got the amount. It is very perfect. I wish you could improve it to reflect transactions upto two years back.
