Overall, very user friendly and the features are easy to navigate. Major problem is technical issues in terms of inability to open from time to time. I have had to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times but the technicalities are still persistent. Other than the technicalities, it deserves a 4.5 star rating. @Safcom, am certain you're paying your app developer(s) over six figures in $$ so make them earn it. Such minor issues are cheap and embarassing for a Sacco of huge magnitude!

Long term loans tab not available in some android phones. I have uninstalled & reinstalled in vain. Otherwise navigation is very user friendly.

Looks like I can't download this on Android 10... It tells me App may not be optimized for your device, then goes into "pending" forever... 😓 I was previously using the app okay but it started denying me access unless I updated, but now I also can't update, trued deleting the app and redownloading, nada!

Some good work done by the Developer. Please consider hiding the balances from the landing page when I log in. Also for the loans, consider displaying the tenure, repayment schedule/amounts as well as the maturity date. It would also be nice to know what the tab for 'ACTIVATE Account' is for during the first time interaction with the App. The option kept giving invalid details error until I used the 'Register' option. Apparently, my PIN for M-Sacco does not apply in the App.

Very efficient and easy to the user.

The app doesn't work on Android 10, only the splash page loads. I know developing for android is difficult because of OS fragmentation but serious, if you can't support the latest OS let users know in advance.

The developer has done very good work, in fact this is something true. But the main issue is charging everything like checking a statement (Kes 200). Be realistic with technology, off all applications I've seen 98% can't charge for something like statement

The app is ok but not upto date my Fosa emergency loan still same even after november payment.pliz check on that let it be updated everytime any payment is done.Also on statement let it be clear not just figures but how the figure were reached at ie if i paid my loan let it show from previous to date but for the app one cant go further unlike with the portal.No previous record to show.

Errors are quite frequent whilst using the app for cash transfers from mpesa to the accounts. Keeps saying " number does not exist" when loan application is clicked

The app is good but the business logic is wrong. If you make a mistake and buy airtime instead of withdraw to MPESA, no matter how many thousands there's no reversal. You will suffer. Think of how you can change from pinless airtime to buy airtime from mpesa. That can be reversed as opposed to the current wrong implementation

Not working on Android version 10. It cant access Internet and the funny thing is the developer is not even bothered. I would rate it ZERO for not technical support.

There is no option to reset your password. And the phone number provided on the website is always busy or they do not pick. They don't reply to emails either. Customer service is horrible.

This app is mediocre in every conceivable way. What is ACTIVATION? What is REGISTER? I've never managed to get an OTP code despite numerous attempts. A call to help centre has never gone through.

One receives OTP but app doesn't recognise registered user. Escalation to support taking forever to get solution! Very frustrating! Cant even log in!

When I try to click on login tab, it simply goes back to home menu. Quite frustrating. Still has a loooong way to go

Safaricom SACCO is sometimes a huge joke. I wonder how much they spent on this app. It is so ridiculous. Lots of UI and UX issues. Just get another developer please. Awful app

Great app. Serves perfectly and on a timely manner. Transactions are updated immediately.

I terminated my membership with the Sacco 2yrs ago, and I still haven't had my shares refunded. On enquiry, I was told I'm supposed to sell my shares to existing members, in the meantime, I don't know any members, and there's no provision for selling the shares on the app or anywhere online. So in short, there's no refunds on shares bought when you exit the Sacco, and there's no other ways around it. This is not mentioned anywhere on the T&C's when joining the Sacco...

Since the last update I cannot use the app since my pin is alphanumeric and the keyboard that pops up isn't!

Intuitive user interface and quite smooth navigating around.

When I log in, it goes back to login page after saying "Authenticating, please wait". Not logging in at all for several days now

I Keep requesting for a statement and it never gives me one. Information is so scanty and sacco lines are never ever picked

Very poor. Once I install I can't access it next time. I have to reinstall and activate to use it again
