I've been using this app for years and am pleased with it, though it can be a bit slow to decrypt and erase. Unfortunately, as noted by others, it doesn't work with Android 9 Pie, and the developer doesn't reply to fault reports. It seems that this app is therefore effectively obsolete. A real shame...
Note 9 user. Camera not working internally. Takes me back to pattern login. UPDATE *** Moved to Galaxy Note 10 Plus and the internal camera still doesn't work. This makes for such a hassle to add photos into safe. If the developer doesn't want to support this app he should update the outlook for Users who have been patiently waiting. At this point I think I will have to take the time to move all my data elsewhere. This is going to be an all day event. I would gladly PURCHASE an upgrade if it was available!
no supports at all even though you already paid the full version unfortunately. you would think for an aplication which has important functionality, you will get support when you paid. users be aware!!!! Ihave used this apps for few years. recently I change phone and this apps just keep closing on me and not allowing me to access my details. email and submitted log but no response. very unfortunate
The developer just doesn't care anymore about the users that paid and used to give it an outstanding 5 stars review. The last update made the app usable again. But you can't view the docs inside Safe+, it makes you restore the docs to an open area in the device - unwise. I have brought this problem to the developer's attention many / many times, beg him to fix it, totally ignored !!!
NO LONGER WORKS, constantly crashes in latest android. The trouble with this app is you trust it with your passwords and then can't access them at all. Totally pointless.
NOT USE IT. It was a great app, now on new devices crashes and the developer is gone, also the website in not more reachable. If had to extract manually all the files one by one
I've been using this Safe app for many years. I always transfer this app to my new phone. It's simple to use. Very stable too. Needs more folder/card image icon choices.
After the latest Android software update on my S9+ I can't create an entry or save anything, even after I have run the latest update for Safe+. Soooo annoying!!! Please fix!!
the app is great in everything, but i forgot my master password and i can't recover it. i tried uninstalling the app so that all my data gets deleted and i can start over and make a new password, but when i reinstall it, everything is like what it was before. i would like to erase everything i had on the app and reinstall it so i can start over. but it isn't working. how can i fix that?
Always been great for years and on multiple phones. On android Pie, all is lost even though it's synchronized and paid for. Shame.

I installed this app about year ago. I hoped it can work and sync over PC, but I didn't it.

I emailed this gentleman but got no reply from him twice. But have found out since that his website domain is for sale. More than likely personal Reasons.

Was once good, but last update broke the app. Video playback no longer works, regardless of which player I choose, and synchronization is completely broken too; it just freezes every single time. My friend has the same issues on a completely other phone. Very sad.
Regretfully this once great little app is no longer fully functional and appears to have been abandoned by its developer. Such a shame.
Used to be the best password manager. It does not even work now. We should be able to get our money back.
[update] still no respond in 2019, just one minor update, that didn't fix bugs Great APP, but Desktop client is not working as well as Dropbox synchronization. No respond from developer since February 2017.
This app needs updating!! Would be willing to pay annually if it encourages the developer to do updates. User friendly and we'll maintained! Everything you need!

Good app but it still needs some improvements and the most important one at least to me is to hide the "settings" option from the login screen; the settings should not be left in the open so that nobody can change anything pertaining to the behavior of this app, in my opinion the "settings" option should be available ONLY after the user gain access into the app once the correct passcode is entered and verified. If this issue is correctly addressed then this app will be PERFECT.
