This is a good app. Just wish you could see more information when you pay someone, description could be better. Easier access to repeat payees ( auto payees).

I love this banking app because I don't have to leave the comfort and security of my home . I am a 73 year old with a compromised immune system and trying to stay safe during this last covid-19 outbreak!!!

It's a pretty basic app. The text verification of identity would not work for me it was unclear where to go next. But the phone call identity confirmation worked. I only have a savings account so I only will be checking the balance. Fingerprint login worked perfectly.

This app is okay but could be better. It doesnt have two-factor authentication and some debit transactions do not show up at all in transaction history up to a week sometimes. Does offer finger print verification though at least.

This app is very confusing for online banking. Everytime you use your debit card , it shows as a withdrawal instead of a purchase. It has me wondering what money I've actually withdrew. Purchases should be shown as a purchase, not withdrawal. Safe 1 please address situation. Highly confusing. Thanks.

I would have given this app five stars except for the check capture for depositing checks. The pictures is captured in black and white and twice now I have had my deposit rejected by the bank because of poor quality. I am using a Galaxy S9 plus phone and I have never had any problems with the Valley Strong Credit Union app for depositing checks.

Making a mobile check deposit is frustrating. Taking the backside picture of a check, I have to take multiple pictures and sometimes having to start over multiple times. Making deposits a challenge.

Worked for a long time and now I can't sign in no matter what. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still same issue. I know it's not the incorrect log in info because I can log in via the website just fine. Please fix this!

Doesn't work. Verification code won't show up in text message. My bank can't figure it out. An absolutely inferior app. I'm at limit for resending text messages.

I like this app because u can make transfers and pay Bill's and get direct deposits and when u need to look something up just sign in and look at ur accounts. Easy access

Yes this app is useful with your bank. I do like how you can use the app so that you can check how much you have in saving and checkin without having to go to the bank even in a pendemic. Simple but useful

I love how you show the withdrawals and then then balance! My daughter saw this when I had the app open and said her bank didn't show that and was so impressed!!! BILL PAY is EXTREMELY easy!!! TRANSFERING to and from any acts is INCREDIBLY easy!!! Thank you for such an easy app

Great app easy to use and convenient

Appreciate being able to make mobile deposit. Sometimes hard to get pic, but in the end it works. Especially love being able to do transfers with Mobile App. Thank you!

Was working fine for the longest. Today can't login, doesn't recognize username and password. App doesn't work after resetting my username and password.

It would work as soon you install it then a few days later it won't let you log in and keep saying that it can't be accessed. It been acting like that for the pass three days.

Works great. You can see all balances including Mastercard on the home page. Very convenient.

Great simple app. They don't try to pack a bunch of useless stuff into it. Great institution.

Works good but once in awhile my fingerprint reader will not work and I'll have to type in my info it's happened a few times
