Doesn't accept a valid email address, then once in, doesn't recognise the bag receipt code which is the whole point of downloading

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT IS USELESS and UNIFFICIANT. Trying to get a refund via their online system is complicated and the forms one need to fill in/upload is ridiculous. DO not even bother to register for their Platinum service. It is all just a money-making scheme. You've been warned!

for 2 times I have purchased the additional coverage for the return trip and for 2 times I just put the code in the app and I can't put my travel details or do anything else. phone operator is unreachable. I want my money back!

The lady FROM your agency broke my luggage while packing it and the luggage at destination was Completly broken ... needless to say that some items were missing. How to get the compensation for the broken luggage ,how to get the compensation for the items missing. Still waiting for a follow up. Just a nightmare

Keep saying there is no internet connection. Despite of me downloading the app and using different apps and navigating on browsers, it says there is no connection. Terrible app...

Best travel app. This app is awesome! It tells me everything about my flight in one convenient place. It is updated in real time. The customer service on the app is also wonderful!

I wrapped my luggage at the airport and then it was lost. I didn't know what to do and wrote to sostravel. Their help was precious and I got my luggage back!

I've been looking a long time for an app to get real-time updates on my flights and I finally found it! I also easily loaded my past flights

I use it to share the updates of my flight with my wife and she is happy to receive all the news automatically. Love it!

can't login.. asks for Facebook login but there is no such option..... few months later - the same problem persist

I didn't receive the access code in my email when I tried to sign up. I tried many emails but it wouldn't work. A waste of money.

Safebag keeps sending me emails saying my bags are places they're not, and I can check with the app because it keeps crashing.

I cannot access using he email address I provided when packing the bag, it's quite frustrating since I paid for a service I won't get. Moreover it seems impossible to get in touch with the customer service. Very disappointing.

I can't register because code is not available in my mail

unusable. cannot update profile because of bug. company claim you must register you luggage before take off, but it's impossible to do because of bugs. SCAM!!!!
