Since the system upgrade from 4/8-12, pending credit card transactions do not display. They did display prior to the upgrade. This makes it impossible to validate that they are legitimate until after they post which can be a few days. The response from the credit union at first was we're working on it. Now the lack of this information is being described as a "feature". Really just a bug that they don't want to acknowledge. Now one has to call them. Not all posted transactions display either.

The infrastructure design is good but the account login in process is very slow and buggy. I've since uninstalled the app and login to my account through the web browser. This app could be way better but most of the time its takes 3 to 4 minutes to login to account so long that my screen times out this causes the app to be redundant. The web browser option only takes 8-10 seconds to login. Night and day difference!!

I've changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. The problem is that it is unreliable using fingerprint identification and requires me to sign in with my password every time. I use secure passwords and this is ridiculously slow. So I open the web page in Chrome and Google prompt my password. Problem solved. The web page is easier than the app.

They just combined all accounts into one View in the app. Everything is now screwed up! The app keeps going down. You can't tell which account goes with which account holders because they changed all the account numbers and did not provide a map between the old and new. Very poor rollout. The app is now very unstable!

Your recent upgrades have messed up my accounts. First after you completed the upgrades I couldn't access my account on line for 3 days. I went to the bank 4 times before I found someone to fix it. I currently still can't access my Cash Rewards page to see my activities or change settings. I have been to the bank several times and still can't access it.

The program kept telling me to turn document 90 degrees when it was already correctly oriented. I did, and took a picture which was then unacceptable. I tried again, front and back and it finally went through.

I like being a member of safe because when I have any issues it is easy to contact a service representative to get help. I also like the way they will volunteer to review my accounts and give me advice on changes I may consider. The only thing I have a problem with is sometimes i can't understand the codes telling where the transaction was.

Down on 4-1-22 and recently down for the last few days. Totally unacceptable. The engineers doing the upgrade and the people that planned it all need to be fired immediately. It's almost like they planned outages for when bills and taxes need to be paid. Very disappointed at what use to be a decent app.

Transactions used to show instantly. Now everything takes multiple days to show on transaction history. They also took away fingerprint password. Account transfers now get multiple errors before going through.

Deposits are a nightmare, half the time it doesn't work, and when it does work, it takes a long time, and you always have to re-verify that the picture can be seen, why twice?? So annoying...

This app is never available. And when it is they say they need 3 day updates. But those turn out to be two weeks. Then after they update for 2 weeks they will deny their app doesnt work. So if you plan on banking with no access to your bank information use this app.

The app has many functions of the website, but after their last security update, it takes as much as 45 seconds to log in using WiFi and 5G. Fix that and it's a 5 star app.

The help customer chat doesn't work, I was kicked off the chat four times just waiting on line to chat with someone, and I had no time in the process of traveling to work on a bus and train to actually sit and wait on the app at all.

You have truly amazing call and local workers, I cannot speak highly enough of them!! :) but I know this because your app is terrible. Im sorry! It won't allow anything but phone calls, and it was impossible to recieve calls from you while on the phone with your helpline (Hold did not work). It locked me out constantly which necessitated a call and a long question verification process. (Thats alright, security right?) But I just gave up and uninstalled it, it was easier not to use. Sorry guys.

Updated review.... who's brilliant idea was it to have banking services SCHEDULED to be unavailable during the time taxes are due? I can't make a transfer to have my taxes paid! Incredibly inconsiderate to your customers. Old Review *Love seeing real-time transactions for all my accounts in one place. Super simple and immediate transfers, customizable notifications, I just love this app!
