Crashes frequently and freezes my phone so I have to remove battery. When it tries to auto focus it zooms right through the correct focus and takes a blurry image. More images are declined by bank than accepted. Galaxy s5.

Safe told me it will work for Android and Apple phones. Freezes up after every pic with Android. Very disappointed.

Tried over 20 times with multiple checks to take a good picture, kept saying could not read check, or corners not visible, or cannot see routing number. Even though the pictures were perfectly clear...

I have tried to use this app to deposit probably 10 differemt checks over time. I have repeatedly unistalled and re-installed the app and still does not work. Will not even send off from the app says picture is unreadable when the picture is perfectly clear over a dark background. Dont waste your time with this app.

Motorola Droid Mini.... App will not accept pictures when taken. Even when the picture is completely clear and all numbers are easily seen, the app freezes every time when processing the picture of the front of my paychecks.

The app crashes when you take a picture. Called customer service and tried every pointer they had to make it work but it still is ineffectual. Hopefully the developer will update it to work with android.

After 6 times trying one check I Uninstalled it. It said must see all for corners, which were clearly visible in picture, and can't read number, also clearly visible. Don't waste your time.
