A. Above lollipop device, Go to you phone security app(setting)-->app-->permission-->Auto start-->enable autostart of safe folder and vault.
IMPORTANT: Do not uninstall this app before unhiding your personal files otherwise it will be lost forever. Activate Uninstall Protection to prevent this app from being uninstalled by others especially kids.

Your adverts are too many. And suggests coercion to stop them by paying your fee. I will not be forced to pay up I would rather abandon the app. And I'm not far off making that decision. So it's up to you to alter that policy to at least half the number of adds. But I have come across stubborn policies before that companies refuse to change. So it's up to you if you wish to keep my custom.
I accidentally uninstalled the app and installed again, but the images or videos are not showing up, even though there is a backup available. Each time I see the pop up saying backup is available do you wish to restore I click on Yes, but no use.
Facing problem for last more than 8 months with this app. Thanks for proper working of the app again right now.
A good app, but so many pop up ads. I don't mind it but when they have 2 in a row before you can open the app? Looking for a substitute so I can delete this one.
I am using this app since 4 years it was working very smoothly and safely but since 2 months in new updated version I am unable to open my photos stored in this app. Also in Help option 9n given email inhave sent many help messages but no reply till date ..... Whenever I open reinstalled app it shows back up found want to restore ...I want my back up ..but even after pressing Yes ....it shows nothing ...... To safefolder team .. I want my photos and videos back ......If possible help me out
I am changing my review to a 1 star as I have lost all my files i can see them but if i click on them its as if its blank also can't unlock or unlock anything and don't wanna delete the app and re download it as people are saying their losing their files by doing that this is very disappointing. (IMPORTANT PART) i tried saving the files onto cloud and i My phone gave me a notification sating that it tried accessing sensitive info
Yes it keeps my videos and pictures safe and private which I really like. HOWEVER, the dashboard is too crowded. Keep it short and simple to access. Another issue is the inability to browse from the app.
As previous reviews . . Videos won't play or be shared . Now all I'm getting in photo gallery . Is how many pics are there but everyone blank . . Safe folder should at least go back to before the update and give people the chance to remove pics and videos out of app . It would be interesting to see if safe folder reply to any reviews . . Cos they have messed up big style
No option to not give access to your entire phone. You should be able to choose, I just want to use notes
This app was great in the beginning. A few months down the line, it stopped working. I can't unlock any of my images or videos I had saved. Literally lost everything.
Hi My app was not opening after several attempts so I deleted it with the hopes that all my videos and pics will restore back to gallery however this did not happen. I am quite disappointed and angry. I tried downloading the app again but nothing is in the vault. Can anyone assist me with retrieving? Thanks Denise
the unlock function to transfer contents back does not work. Never worked really since I used the app for the first time in December. Also, so many ads considerably interfere when trying to use this app. I already sincerely regret using this app as I just would like to unlock all my files. update on May 26, 2019: still can't copy my files from Safe Folder back to normal folder. When will this be solved? update on February 18, 2022: I wrote you on May 26, 2019 and we had a message exchange until June 1, 2022 when you wrote: " Don't worry We are solving your problem, give us 2-3 days we will get back as soon as possible thanks " Obviously you never wrote back to me to help me recover my files I lost due to your app. Also, you never replied to my email dated July 3, 2021. Lost everything, (without even changing my phone or removing the app) they just appear as blank. For an app that's suppose to protect said documents this is a total joke. Would give I star if I could!
The app is very good, have a lot of ads but I understand why this, it's simple to use and manage your files, it's safety enough for the most people and the options to excharge the safety is really good. I have a question, the app can't answer me. When We hide data on app, like photos or videos, the archives still where they really are, for example, SD Card or the app transfer the arquives to Internal storage? I really want to know that. There is some serious issue with this app it seems. The photos which are stored in this app are not visible. Please look into this issue it's some serious issue related to personal data. Kindly take a look into this issue.
Requiring my email is a no go, requiring a passcode right up front even before being able to see if it will suit my needs, absolutely not. The email requirement alone is enough to give me reason to distrust the developers motives, requiring a pin up front only serves to reinforce my distrust. I didn't get that far but I imagine, based on other apps, the next demand would be access to my camera, microphone and contacts, each one being a potential security breech so no thank you, you can keep it.
It hide videos, pictures and documents but the problem that I have encountered is that some videos are not playing anymore.
More options available than I thought, however, the text style in some areas looks like a child's handwriting rather than text: big, messy, and very difficult to read more than 5 words on a screen at a time. That needs to either go away now, or not be the default, ever.
This APP is having problem since around December 2021. Files secured via it CANNOT be open again. The developer HAS SINCE NOT FIX IT. BEWARE!!!

One of the worst app , I am giving this review after use of one month , it's frustrating , they are stealing ur data , I am unable to open images in safe folder , nor I can share , nor I can delete , that's worst . These guys should be punished for this . Don't use this app if you love ur data
It was ok at the beginning, but it just stopped working. Now I cant recover/unhide my fotos, and can't hide anything. Very disappointed

The photos can't be shown and the movies can't be played in the app environment. The worse, you can't restore (unlock) your photos and movies. Now, I don't know what to do to get my files back. Please DO not install the app.

Lost all my videos haven't done anything gonna check my pictures to see of there still there. Just checked the pictures are gone aswell.
Developers, i love your app. But you need to fix so many things. No.1. We should be able to make calls from inside the app. No 2. We find it so difficult to open the app. It kept saying something is wrong try again. It took me over an hour before i could Open it. I almost uninstall before it eventually open. No.3. You should it possible and easy to share whatever is being stalled in vault e.g. pictures, videos, Notes etc. The 5th star is awaiting you if you could kindly fix those areas. Hope to.
