[ Tip ]
- Be careful when deleting unlocked media files. If you do that, you will lost media files. Steps to recover it : Safe Gallery Reinstall > Setting > Lock Media Recovery
- If you delete ".SafeGallery" folder in SDcard, locked files will be deleted.
- If you choose "Clear data" menu(path : Settings > Applications manager > Safe Gallery (Free)), information of locked files will be deleted.
- App which has function like cleaning up storage(ex. Clean Master) might be able to delete locked media, so do not delete any relative files of Safe Gallery while cleaning up your smartphone.
- Do not forget to unlock and back up locked medias before upgrading firmware or formatting internal/external SDcard If not, all locked medias might be able to be deleted.
- Before deleting Safe Gallery, do not forget to unlock all locked medias and then delete Safe Gallery. If not, all locked medias might be able to be deleted.
- Please back up important locked media in extra storage. All locked medias might be able to be deleted in other Apps or outbreak situation.
- App Hide : If "it is not installed application" or is not running in the launcher, because it is checked "App Hide Mode" at Set up. Please use dial #789 in your phone and press call.
- When not execute calling to dial : Run Gallery(Default) on the phone > Select and share photos > Select Safe Gallery and lock > call to dial #789
- Settings of app > Recovering media file : it can recover disappeared or invisible locked media files.

App was fine, but last few months can not access videos, unlock content (pics or vids). Can't do anything pretty much. I just want to be able to unlock my stuff and not end up losing it forever.
PISSED about this app. I had this app for years and it was working fine. I went back after some time and all my files were WIPED. I tried restarting my phone, redownloading my phone and I have ZERO solution to the files I was missing.
I have been using this app for many years and it was great, until the new update. All my media saved shows Error. If you can help fix this problem, I will change my rate to 5stars.
Using this app for many years, but now not happy with the app. Doesn't work properly, also why you need permission to access my phone and it's mentioned that you can delete or access my personal files without my knowledge.. is this the right thing to access someone phone without his permission??
This apps is far far better than any others gallery locker because this apps is so flexible can lock as well can unlock but some others gallery locker apps are no option for unlocked if once Locked they can't unlock that's is the main problem & another problem is after locked the images & videos still visible on the phone gallery but this Safe Gallery apps is awesome because In this apps after the lock never show the videos & images in the phone gallery..I like this one .👍👍👍
All my files have gone corrupt. I had so many images and videos saved and I'm not able to recover any of them. The files got corrupted by itself. Please help me recover my files.
Seems ok when you first use it, but when you keep using it you notice alot of bugs that are a real concern. When you want to delete a folder or more of them and press delete the application does nothing. When you want to unlock the folder the application just crashes and doesn't let you. And now it just corrupted a number of photos I had from years back. It's a no from me. And I actually bought the ad free version thinking it was good. First and last time I do such a thing.
At the beginning for some months the app was working fine. Then suddenly out of no reason it stopped opening and all my media was lost. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but it made no difference. The damage was done and all photos and vedios were gone. There is no support from teachnical team as well. It's not worth trust.
My files video and image now show your lock app what happen .. No File found show me not play video .. What your service this is very bad .. Important video and image not show me .. Help me and return my app show all video and imgae
It was a useful app but after update it has corrupted all types of data in it. Kindly clear this bug and announce the next update date. I'm still waiting for your response developers
When i updatd its not showing any of the images. It shows blankly not found but the numbers of images shows proper.what to do for recover it back.
I have been using this app more than 2 years now. But I cant open the app since two days now. I had lots of important images. All gone now. Very disappointed 😞
Videos are not opening. It says "Failed to open video. An unknown error occurred." This happened after the lastest update. Please fix this.
Pls stop these 18+ads. When I open any pic in safe gallery Ist it show ads then pic is opened. When I click back another ad is shiwn on the screen. And these ads are 18+ why I get these types of ads and too much ads...😢😢

My Media is Locked up in This app. And now password is not working, if i reinstall the app, will my media be stored in my gallery or it will be deleted?

I have always liked this app so I paid for the ad free to support dev. One thing I have noticed is that when the app is minimized, it vanishes from the recent screen. BUT if you open it again, you are required to enter pw, just, you only have to click back to access all files. Seems like a problem, although not for me personally. Just saying that that could be better.
Frome someday I'm unable to lock the photos in this app. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you
I 've using this app since long time but now when i opened this app all my photos and video are showing as not supported/found / error pls fix this problem
I m using this aap for many years, but, lately it takes quite a lot of time to load. In Samsung A52 it takes time but in my other redmi phone it's bad. It is not loading for hours, sometimes.

Fix for recent bug not allowing lock or unlock.. go to permissions and allow management of all files not just allow storage
Please fix it and remove that dont click button make it as smooth as it was previously taking too much time to processing and locking
Update: Recent update fix is STILL NOT FIXED (LG Q6) If it ain't broken, don't fix it. How will I recover my files? Orig review: After the update, the App does not run nor open. All I get is a pop-up saying that "Safe gallery has stopped". I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app but nothing has worked. I am using LG Q6. Hope you could do something about this issue soon. Thank you.
It is the best app to hide your photos and videos, and so give for your file management also.
Imitation of a previous app by ukzzang. Does not have the same functionality, though it looks the same. Unfortunately, the other app is no longer available when you search as it has stopped being supported. Purchased hoping it's good, but does not remove all ads after paying £3.99!
This app is very useful. But the usability have decreased since the hide feature from home screen (app menu of our smartphone) have been removed. It would very much be fun and usable if you bring back the hide feature and open from the widget only option. Thank you I hope you consider my review.
All media are gone. When i try to open it it shows wrror, thumbnail are no longer show, even media that are have thumbnail can't be open. I can't lock new media. All in all app does not work and of you are not fix this we will all lost our photos and videos.
