Very much disappointing app. Indeed I want to give a zero star rating. Developers are least responsibility to data loss. All of a sudden my account was lost and account appeared fresh. I lost all my collections. I have been trying to get my data back by contacting developers. No response yet. Don't use this app, if u want a safe backup for your data.
It was a great app, but why you people suddenly took down the cloud services. I really wanted to restore all my photos back in cloud. Please fix this problem if that is possible. These photos are not only photos, these are my memories.
If your finding an app to hide all your important photos and videos, then this is the one which works wonders in your mobile, it isn't like other hiding apps, When somebody else opens this app, the password screen is in the calculation form, Which will make the person opening thinks that it's a calculator, It screenshots the person who has entered the wrong password, and shows you when you login. It all depends on how you set up the app in the settings.
I normally love the Lynx app, but it no longer appears to be connecting and I cant access my photos. Not sure if this is an Android 10 issue becaue it looks like the last few reviews all have the same issue. Working again.
Excellent app, highly recommended. Protects your photos, videos etc. It even hides your media when you switch apps on your phone, so if your phone screen goes off its already protected and untraceable. Fantastic!!
even iam having login problem but this was the reply from them, Developer response: Dear users, I'm sorry that you have login problems, Lynx server have some problems, technicians are repairing, it is expected to return to normal in 2-3 days. Don't worry, your pictures and videos are stored safely and won't be lost.
I'm having this app since a longtime. Even if you uninstall this app, the data is still secured in it because the pictures/videos are synced at the time of moving in lynx. I would highly recommend this app and appreciate the developers excellent work.
I logged out of the app but failed to log in again. I've lost two accounts already. I had thousands of photos and videos that were backed up. Whenever l try to log in it keeps on saying network error
I was using this app since last 2 years and everything was working absolutely fine until yesterday. When I opened my Lynx app, it said "unusual account activity detected" and it logged me out of my account. When I tried to log in again, I was not able to do so. I was neither able to fix my account through forgot my password nor I was able to log in through Facebook from which I signed in at the first place. I am really really worried about the data. Please look into the matter.
Not able to log in again or even view my photos! From so many days i couldn't view any of my photos even though it was backed up! I logged out and when i try to log it! All it shows it error! I had thousands of photos
I love this app Definitely, it's better than the others with the same proposal. But, I can't save the photos and videos! I can't see the restored pictures/videos since May.
Worst app don't download it and please don't loose your memories in the way of pictures when I downloaded it I thought this would be best but when I created a account and I have stored my pictures which is so important for me but those all lost suddenly. How?why? I don't know but I got to know that this app is worst. When I log off then other day logged in but that was empty. This is ridiculous seriously I recommend everyone not to use this app 😭😭
The worst photo vault. I was automatically logged out and suddenly the app started asking for login. I lost all my photos all of a sudden without any warning from the app. **Please don't install it**
Hi developer's I was using this application for more than 2 years and yesterday when I logged in my photos are not there, everything is missing and it's shows empty. I signed in with my email id only no everything is gone and I don't know why. Please help me I trusted this app and now everything is gone. Solve this issue to get my photos back. Really frustrated now. How can I get my memories back?
I liked the app but there is a problem,When I opened the app after hiding some photos,It directly opened the My Album screen first for almost 0.5 seconds ,then the lock screen.It was a risk for privacy,so I uninstalled it,otherwise, It's a great app to hide data.
I love this app but my account got deleted I am freaking out!!! It worked for years perfectly and now I tried to log in and it couldn't log in and when I tried by Google + it was all empty. What happened, some files maybe got deleted but I didn't delete anything, please help me a n y o n e. Thanks.
I think the developers are absconding as no reply or action at their end anymore ....its a big mistake to save our precious photos and videos on their dodgy cloud ...which has stopped working without notice i have lost all my photos and no way to get them back ...and no solution from the developer ...guess the app in quarintine too

I have been using this app for more than 3 years.In the begining it was a goood app. But now I am having trouble getting my photos back. I am now unable to see my uploaded data. They were very important Plzz do any thing. And fix this problem.
Do NOT USE THIS app! Something funny is going on here...said "suspicious activity detected" then locked me out and I KNOW there was nothing wrong with my email or password. Tried to reinstall...lost an entire album. So if you can't log back in all your personal photos and docs disappear and end up god knows where. Dodge as hell.

This is very pathetic App I am using this app from last 4 year and I log in this app in every 2-3 day but today when I want to check some pic from it I received one notification that unusual activity something like that. And suddenly the app was logged out then I tried to logged in from google because first time I linked it from google but when I was trying to login again from google it was saying this is already exists. Then I tried to do forget password but it's was also not working.3rd cls app
I'm unable to login and due to which I have almost lost 3-4 GB of data which was kept in your app on basis of trust. Is this what you offer to your customers ? Please help me retrieve my data anyhow from you cloud storage as it is very very important to me. Please help me
The previous weekend, I bought extra 200 GB per month and done my monthy payment as it went off in bank but no extra space appearead yet... Can you please tell me whats the problem or cancel my order and pay back my money. I do not know why it take so long for you to responce on my emails. There are ZERO respince from your side!!!!! it is very bad , didn't get my uploaded pics due to couldn't sign in , neither get sig in nor get password resetting link ,on trying to do such it ssays connection error only.the developer didn't provide any contacting way.its so sad loosing my pics.
Not working, I signed up using the google signup. I got signed out for no reason, and when I try to signing using the Google sign in it says email already exists and if I try to rest the password it says invalid email. I don't know what to do!!
The app is great but when I just forgot my password, i can't seem to get pass the verification process of retrieving it. Please fix this issue!
In general, this is a great app because it's easy to use, secure, and gives you a lot of space. However, the servers keep having issues and this was the second time in a few months that the Lynx servers went down. Thankfully, both times my photos were still there when the server came back but I'm not about to play roulette and possibly lose everything.
