Wasting my time!... I got insurance and successfully completed my profile online on my laptop. However, when I tried to create my profile in this app, it was impossible to do it. It is saying my email or account does not exist. Very bad and disappointing.

I have Cigna Insurance and I can not create an account for this app. How do I create an account to login?
It never worked. Since I got the app everytime I tried to open the app it just kept shutting down.
