This app is horrible! I'm trying to view my insurance card and my documents but I'm unable to. It doesn't allow me to scroll down to view the complete page. Safe Auto most definitely needs to fix this app.

Not only is the app terrible as others have stated, so is their customer service. I have called them bc of the app not working trying to get help and they r useless. Also my bill is never the same it changes every month. So i called about that. Once again useless. So they sent me an email asking for a review so i wrote one. They responded saying someone would be in touch to resolve my issues. That was months ago and i have not gotten a call. Its ridiculous.

App isn't even working needed to sign in to pull up my card info to renew tags/registration today and all I get is an error code when I log in. Unacceptable.

I feel like there could be more information and useful tools than is currently on the app. Make locating the support Info easier to get and use my student discounts as well

Worst app EVER. Noone calls you back. Tech support doesn't respond or call back. Supervisors dont care. Worst experience ever. I pay more to Geico Just so i dont have to deal with this app thats been Terrible for the 2 years i was there. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Nothing on this app works. Won't even accept my login credentials, then after being inconvenienced all morning, I start a new one and it let me in but won't let me add a policy, which should have came up when I entered my info, but it didn't so I tried to manually add it and it still doesn't work.

I enjoyed the app features of the old version of this app. It doesn't tell you if you have credit anymore. I enjoyed knowing what I had in there as I would put extra $ I had on my account. I no longer can do that bc I can't see how much I have in there. Would give 5 ☆ if I was able to see my account balance.

My policy expired 2/14/22. I don't have any proof of current insurance even though the new policy is paid. It NEVER updates on time and I ALWAYS have to contact customer service to get a current policy before the app updates. I have NO current proof of insurance until I call and have them update it. It's happened 2x. Done with using safe auto.

This app is horrible. It doesn't update anything, I have changed vehicles and it still has my old vehicle on there and old price if I get pulled over and asked for insurance I'd be screwed!! And now the chat feature doesn't work!!! FIX THE APP!!!!!

Useless, I got auto-paid and my bills get paid automatically every months. Just got an email today that my bills was overdue, I can't even access this app to find out what the hell is going on.

The worst app for the worst insurance company in the world. The app is always wrong. It has given me the wrong amount to pay 3 times this month and to pay less than a dollar cost you $6 every time if you use your debit card

When i try to go in to pay a bill, it always says up to date. I have to go online to view or pay current bills. At least i can view my insurance card...

Safeauto insurance is pretty good the people that work there are very very helpful and friendly

How for a pretty big company you would think they would have an app that actually works!!! Doesn't do anything! Can't even log in to it. I hoping you insurance isn't as useless as your app!

This app sucks gives me an error everytime i try to see my policy. Will not allow me to add my policy. I cant even get into my profile at all. This app needs major work please fox immediately

This app just does NOT work and has not been working in some time. It used to be great! Fire whoever updated it.

Unable to log in. It's so odd. Same username and password as the website. Triple checked.

Rather useless, if you try to pay your bill, view your billing cycle, look at any documents, or really do anything but look at the main screen, the app will log you out of your account (that you JUST logged into). Tried multiple times to confirm payment and was logged out repetitiously. Also not a fan of the fact that they don't give you a notice your payment is about to be due until 7 hours before it has to be paid. Overall unhelpful, just use the website.

Absolutely hate this app since they updated it. Didn't even receive any notification about my bill being due and didn't find out they completely changed their app till I went to login and check my bill. None of my information works, had to create a whole new account, doesn't recognize my policy number, no matter how I enter it. Had to call customer service to pay bill with someone I couldn't even understand and I still can't login through the app or on website like customer service rep suggested

I'm new to the insurance business just got my first car legal 😬 but anyways this is the insurance company I choose and to be a insurance company you would think that they will have an amazing app where you could check everything about your insurance. Well that's not the case here this app sucks you can't even log in he won't even recognize your policy number, I hope the insurance coverage is in as bad as the app. I hope they fix it because on these days everything works by apps.

App says payment due in 2days or policy will be canceled. Thought I paid. Looked back on payment history and I DID! Got on website and it reflected $0 balance. Called customer service for status. WEBSITE is correct. APP IS NOT. Uninstalled the app. Making payments on website from now on. It's more accurate.

This app needs serious reconstruction. I can't log in under email or any link. This app is utterly useless. Zero stars me please.

It constantly crashes

This app (and their website) never allow me to login. Their customer service have reset my password several times and I still cannot access my account info. Temporary password after reset never work. Sites are super slow whether accessing via wifi or on a network. Better off using phone IVR for information. Only thing that does work online is their Quick Pay link.

Worst app I've ever used. Constantly freezes, makes you enter login information multiple times only to show no documents and only error messages. Website is just as bad as the app. What's the point in having this insurance if I can't even access it on my phone or laptop?

Safe Auto is by far the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. On a monthly income, I tried to explain to them that I would be a day late. They don't care. They continuously cancel insurance when we are 1 day late, even after talking to them. They charge 6 dollars to use a credit debit card. And they try to charge my account 9 days early, and when they are unsuccessful, they send me a letter in the mail. They are trash. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Seriously... I never give 1 star ratings but wow. The app worked fine until the upgrade now everytime I sign in, it says user unauthorized and then I have to go to the main web page to pay my bill. Doesn't even inform me when it's due anymore. Uninstalling as all it does is take up space.

I went to login as usual and found that safe auto had changed everything around and not for the better. Finally had to call and wait on the phone for an hour. They could have at least notified me through email that this would be taking place.

Terrible App, Ever since the update, I am not able to log in with my email, I have to log in through Google, and it is constantly restarting, no confirmation number for payment, then have to call the office, then why the app if it will not work correctly. So Irritating.....

Hate it since the update. Used to use my phone number to easily log in. Nope now email which it wouldn't even let me use so had to get on a laptop and took forever to finally get on. Then all the app does while waiting to pay is the circle of death. Uninstalled until it's fixed. DONT TRY FIXING SOMETHING THAT AINT BROKEN!!! Now I gotta do everything the annoying way 😡😡😡
