Useless for claims When I filed a claim they asked me to install this app. I'm not sure why, it's pretty worthless. You cannot communicate to the adjuster or call center through it and in fact when I requested a call back I never received one. You cannot view documents attached to your claim from the app. It didn't even send me notifications when my claim updated or closed. Just a waste of phone storage. 1 star for claim tracking. The other star is for access to my insurance card.
I cannot access. Tried to reset username and pssword. It kept saying no spaces allowed when I had no spaces. very frustrating and a complete waste of time. Adjuster, Marta is a joke...ignored numerous photos and information provided....complete waste of time dealing with him. I guess, unfortunately, I will have to relie on an independent auto body shop to feret all this out. MARTA should be fired be because he is a waste of time and resources, particularly mine.
App clearly states "Access without logging in" on the front page. I have not figured out what I CAN access without logging in. It appears I MUST log in to do anything.
Very easy to use, and make payments online. Printing Insurance Cards and filing claims. Very useful App. No issues at all!...
Only able to see 3 of my 7 policy. Creating access should not be leaked by policy number. I need and must have access to my accts at one time. If you can tell me how without adding extra steps. If you can't talk to state farms. They can show you.
Very easy to navigate and to use and input items where needed. Also easy to look up and get updates or contacts to agents!
STILL wont let me log in.. Even by putting forgot username and or password.. It has you add ur info and when I put it, it takes me bacl to the main screen n doewnt even send an email or text so I can fix it... BEEN GOING ON FOR TOO LONG... FIX THIS!!
I love Safeco Mobile! It's very straightforward and simple to use (even for those of us who are rather tech-challenged!)
The app was excellent. I had no problem finding what I needed and to make b payments was convenient. I could view my policy and documents any time I wanted. Very useful and tailored to the needs of the customer . 👌
Picture taking system did not work on my phone or my wifes phone. The app did not help speed the process up, still had to work my claim through emails.
Have had this app for a few months now. Log in just fine but cant open billing/ payments/history/ect. Contacted them and my agent and nothing has changed.
The app keeps logging me out. I have to continually log in. I need to be logged in to use the Right Track part of the app. Is there a solution to this ?
Working with the Safeco app. And everybody that answers the phone says welcome to Liberty Mutual spent 20 minutes on a phone going in a big circle and no one could connect me to Safeco real nice Safeco app
When it's working and it is very easy to use. When it's not and locks me out because it can't read my biometric screen or keeps telling me my password is wrong (even though it's worked the several times) not helpful and very frustrating.
Putting everything in as on policy. Still saying it is incorrect. Receiving emails unless set up I will lose the discount.
Easy to use and navigate. Printed cards quickly and easily. All the info needed at my fingertips! Good work!👍 Update... Just made payment. Took all of 2 minutes!!! Thank you!
I got full coverage on a V10 excursion, no other insurance company has been able to beat the price with the same coverage.
2 major accidents within months of each other, both handled quickly and adequately.
This app is F2(king ridiculous to sign into it won't let you have Google remember your username and password so everytime you sign in you have to put in your password and with this one for that and all the other 💩 sites and apps it's kind of hard to remember them all so you try to change password but damn it I know the security answers better than you but nope the 💩 app says I don't ALL THIS JUST TO PAY MY F2(KING BILL!!!
One day I can access my insurance cards without logging in and the next I cannot. That could cause some expensive issues for some.
Good format, user friendly. It would be nice if ALL the documentation was available in the app. ID cards and declarations pages are there, but fiancee's sr22 document isn't.
Garbage app. It presents a fingerprint sign in option for me, my username and password appear in the boxes they belong, and that's as far as it goes. Period.
Just started this week learning how to use apps when it comes to credit cards in my accounts and it's they're awesome
Best Calim experience I've had "so far". I'm in the middle of it and with the App everything is automated and working . Completion remains to be seen and I will leave the 5 stars if it stays this way!
I cant see when my bill is due or pay my bill through the app..the app is a joke. You need to just actually pay a professional to make an app for you . in the long run it doesn't cost that much.
I wish I could give 0 star! Will not let me login at all. This app doesn't work and keeps recycling to the password screen (my password i put in is correct); it seems I am having the same issue as everyone else...I was reading the reviews and this problem has been an issue for almost a year and never been fixed or addressed. What a shame!!!
Very intuitive user interface. Submitting a claim is the easiest and very comfortable to do instead of waiting on the phone.
Simple to keep track of all my insurance issues! Also..many texting options, 24/7 Coverage!!♥️❤️

Trying to set up RightTrack account, was advised if I already had an account to log in which I did with no problem on the Safeco Mobil app. Problem is there is no place to access RightTrack and enter activation code and when I downloaded the RightTrace app, entered the activation code and birthday it said it's the wrong app and prompts you to download the Safeco Moblie app. So I'm not sure of this is completed or not, said I would receive an e-mail advising it's been completed but nothing yet.
