I've been using this app for years and this is the first instance where the app is completely unresponsive, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I saw another person comment with the same problem on the 14th and it's now the 20th. I hope this issue gets fixed immediately, if not within a reasonable amount of time.
Good app, but could definitely use some updating to match other banking apps. you can make internal transfers within your account, but the option to pay out to other people would be nice. Also, the app has yet to be updated to allow for biometric sign in.
it ok, not the best banking app, but not the worst. my direct deposits don't always go in at the same time/day. and don't let a storm or holiday come you might not get paid or they will charge a overdraft fee. also can't see how much I owe on my car for the month.
User friendly and simple, clear design. I especially appreciate that if the incorrect password is put in the app doesn't call you out for it, which may save a life in situations.
Love being able to use the app instead of having to log in on a computer. Makes things easier. there are of course improvements that could be made but there's nothing that breaks it.
Opened my bank account 2 weeks ago and set up my account online some days after. I'm unable to use the app because it's saying it can't validate my account. Sign in online on my work computer and mobile browser, still no luck. Called the back and they can't see where it was at least wrong. They told me I'll just be forced to use the mobile browser. This is crazy because all of my information is correct. Smh
Wish it would notify you of a deposit failed. You have to go on and check on the deposits Wish you could have an option to take a pic or use one from your phone overall I like the app
Some difficulties with App, but generally reliable! Recently it won't show my balance unless, I go to a transfer screen....
Always getting an error message and cant get into my account even though the username and password never changed! This happens at the most inconvenient times!
Best banking app I've ever used. Simple easy and SAFE. A must have app if you're looking for convenience and simplicity when it comes to banking.
Freezes up very often. Conflicts with other open apps on phone Takes forever to In stall. Needs many improvements on reliability..
App is pretty good, but would love to see finger print reader authentication and would love to be able to access my credit card information from the app too.
Great app overall, but not as good as it could be as the transaction log doesn't display the time of purchase like any receipt would.
I am enjoying the SAFE app!! It really comes in handy when I need to check my account to see my transactions or to do a quick transfer. So far so good with this app!!😊

I would give it five stars if it was able to give you a accurate account balance when charges are pending or at least let you know which charges were pending. If y'all could do that it would be 5 stars 🌟
The only complaint I have is that sometimes it glitches and freezes me out of the account. On the other hand, it's pretty simple to use and understand, and it makes transfers easy.
I have been with SAFE for over 30 years and I have found that there is No Bank or Credit Union as Super Great as SAFE no have no loans with them But as for my checking account and savings account with Them. And There Number A-1 To me for 30 plus years
Convenient except when it's not because of glitches and the like which prevent signing on or having access to account information, like now.
Nice app that is quick and easy to use. We like that you can quickly see all your account balances on one page.

Love this app for checking account balancing and for doing internal transfers. Would like to be able to do transfers to other banks and to accept external transfers but otherwise this app meets other expectations.
Very simple and easy the only thing is is tend to have problems every once in a while but over all it works great.
Very easy to use. Love the Instant Balance view, it keeps me out of trouble!
Since the new update it has been even better! I LOVE the instant balance, just being able to peek at what you have if you don't need to look at your transactions you can get that sneak peek through that feature. Also transferring between accounts is easy! I just paid off my car loan also but before that I was able to make my monthly car payments directly in the app! So convenient.
