SafeRide Health
SafeRide provides on-demand non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) to hospitals, outpatient centers and telehealth solutions. We reduce length of stay, cost of care, and readmission rates by connecting patients to points of care (often avoiding ER admissions) and using NEMT service providers instead of ambulances.
Our mobile app brings new business to non-emergency medical drivers who want to pickup on-demand rides. It responds to ride requests much like an Uber or Lyft experience.
Our App requires continued use of GPS running in the background and can dramatically decrease your battery life.

Not driver friendly!!! Since the last couple updates, this app has become a mess. It keeps crashing and it lags something aweful and the platform is horrible. The map this app uses is useless, it is the most unuser friendly map I have ever seen for a driver, google maps is so much better ( copy paste address to use google maps😀) Please please please go back to the original platform, it was so driver friendly and much easier to read.
Ever since the big change over... it is not driver friendly. You have to play with your phone too much to read everything in the customers notes. Does not allow you to map the next address without starting the Ride. The over all is it confuses the driver lets them think they have time between rides. The map really sucks... go back to Google maps.
Has stopped updating times. Will show pickup times on dispatchers side, but not drivers. Also have to click the login button numerous times before the pin will show up. Just nothing but a hassle.. will also kick me for no reason, or my session is over, 2 hours after logging in.
their newest update make this a complete trash. Map app forces you to use their in-app Maps. They also took away the schedule infographic stretch split up by pick-up and drop-off and if you have share rides they are one after another not within each other
Absolutely horrible. Terrible lag time. In app map is so far of it's ludicris to even offer. That only thing that gives that current version the ability of having even 1 star is the larger font.
I cant get past the very first part of signing up!!! IT SAYS ( REALLY LARGELY PRINTED) Please register this new device and has a place to put in whatever code it sends yoh but it has nowhere for you to put what number you want it sent to or anything and it never automatically sends you the codes or anything!! PLEASE FIX ASAP!!
Difficult to use, bad ergonomics, terrible GPS link, the previous version style was much easier to work with.
Freezes up multiple times during the day. Makes it extremely hard to do my job which can be scary if I have a customer unable to tell me where they live or where they're going.

Not enough information! There is no way to even register for this app! So if it's only in beta and not available for everyone to use why isn't that stated?

Terrible application this app is more of a joke now since update. What is wrong with this company? Its so bad Im thinking about leaving medical transportation. It has made my job much harder than before. You dont get notices of cancelations or changes unless you refresh all the time etc.. Looks like it was developed by a third grader
Previously before the last update, which is even worse, the app's GPS was regularly far off the mark. Addresses might appear correct, but take you elsewhere or to a different building close by. The old layout was at least readable so a driver could project a future break. The new app was designed by a nerd who has likely never been a commercial driver or fixed anything in the real world with a wrench or hammer. The current design is nearly unreadable and prone to causing drivers to second guess.
