i heard about this App safewatch Now i am able to use this app where I'm living here in Tampa Florida this is a pretty cool features to use in the future and Report incidents or someone doing something in my neighborhood I'm hoping to have new features and proving their app😎❤😘
Buggy, won't even open. This is what our school district chose to warn us and keep us informed during emergency situations (aka lockdowns). However, I have no idea how it can possibly do its job when it won't even open! The starting screen briefly pops up then disappears. My phone says there's a bug in the app that the developers need to fix. Lives could possibly depend on this app... fix it!
Lots of Issues. The alerts don't have a separate volume setting - it uses your alarm volume. You don't seem to be able to pick a toggle not to send alerts for non emergencies - so everything uses the same loud alert... Needs A LOT more options for alerts, separate sound level, easier to use interface. Very minimal options - needs a big upgrade. Planning to uninstall because of these issues.
While the information is extremely timely and useful, there are no options to disable non-emergency alerts overnight, there is no seperate volume option for any of the alerts and there is no way to toggle individual non-emergency alert categories off even though the toggle switch appears (nothing heppens when I touch any of them). I have been woken in the middle of the night for non-emergency issues because I have my alarm vokume on for my actual alarms. I'm the fence about keeping it installed.
I love this app. The ability to report is amazing as are the notifications with issues in the area. The most recent update (or one of them) did something because now I'm not able to manage my notifications. Also not sure how to unsubscribe from locations.
What a great way to stay safe. This is integrated directly to your local Law Enforcement agency. You can report anonymously or publicly crime in your area. Its also includes a Panic Button that shares your location in an emergency. 911 is great and should still be used as first point of contact IF you can. But for everything else there is Saferwatch.
I enjoy this app. I've been able to use it in the States, in several different areas, to monitor road hazards and extraneous activities. Another feature of the app I like is being able to give the authorities an anonymous tip. Keep up the good work!
Make you jump through to many hoops Just wanted. To see. Crime map ...had Gun fire see if was reported...map I did See showed I live in a no crime for miles Ok..Uninstalled....at that point..app should Be right when you open it..gos right to Crime map..maybe I just didn't know How to use app...to many bells and Whistles..keep at it guys..always good Thing when app is to help people... 3 stars for that...
Love this app, in a very user friendly way, it allows you to report crimes and view the crimes that occur in your area. Looking fwd to the future upgrades!
Very useful 2-way app for crime reporting as well as public safety alerts. As with many apps it will just get better and better as the user base grows and the app evolves to meet the user expectations. I think of it as crowd funding for information.
This app was nice at first. Anonymous option is not very well made as police officers who showed up multiple times asked for my ID so no you are not really anonymous. If you live or pass by in areas with drug dealers, beggers and cars blocking sidewalks and crosswalks and you wish to report that this app is NOT for you since they will block your account for a review if you report more than a single crime here and there...
A must have app for traffic alerts and an incredibly important tool for keeping people safe and secure. User friendly and intuitive with a clean design.
It's sad that we live in a world were something like this becomes more needed on a regular basis; However, atleat this app is awesome and helps provide some security during these trying times.

I feel SO safe since downloading. BSO sends alerts with actual helpful info. Also when i submitted a tip they showed up so fast!! So cool. Download this now!

This is the best app to report anything without calling it saved someone I know that I had to report something they even have video and picture attachments that help prove your concern so when police arrive they already have an idea of what happened. And if you are worried about anonymous you have the option to remove your name
Police department alerts come through but can't be read because "Please wait, loading new Saferwatch locations" pops up and never clears.
When I sign up or login it keeps directing me back to the installation page. The actual app itself will not open.
I would like to give it a better review, however I never heard back from the Sheriff's dept or anyone actually regarding if my community could be added and able to utilize. Too bad.

Try not to use it too much. They will kick you off the app. I would report homeless people trespassing at my business and they shut me down using the app. I have never heard of such a thing. The app is to report issues???

No information found for incidents... Bad app. Get something else!!! Get one that works!!!!
It won't download load new locations. It is now worthless
this is one of the best tools out there to connect citizens and the police.
Good, but needs some work. For one, the option to search and subscribe to other locations doesn't work. It doesn't search for anything. Also, the UI needs some work. There are a ton of old notifications in my area that are no longer relevant. The only way to remove them is click on each one and hit archive. There should be a better way to remove old information. Lastly, everyone else has a dark mode, why not this app?
