This is the worst app Ola and Uber are apps are far better than this . I know this app is used for office purpose . But the driver won't call you when he reaches the pick-up point the only option is you have to call driver and he won't call you that the cab is here please do come fast .
every time i have to login twice when I open the application.
application is too much slow and model point is very far from my place but not able to update..need to make it more user-friendly app with more options
Very helpful but cab is starting very late after the shift gets ended.
For god sake was this app ever tested before rollout ??? This is probably the worst app I've ever used. 1. The call feature that you have somehow connectes the call but the other person can't hear me and its 1 way and its extremely frustrating when we can't speak and need it the most. 2. The map feature you have is highly misleading. 3. UI is pathetic!
everyday getting more trouble to login... and getting restarted on daily basis, the team really missed to understand the user experience. i will give a rating lessthan 1, based on last 6 months experience. Adding notes after two months 07th Aug 2019... still we are facing the login issue, even using the updated version. every day we need to sign in (double attempt). Never logged in single attempt.
Very irritating app. Logs out randomly. Crashes on My Schedules, so cannot download and update roasters. Does not login on first attempt. Have to enter password again and again. I don't have option so I have to use this app, Otherwise would have uninstalled it immediately. And yes I do have the latest version of app.
It was working fine but after the new update its continuesly crashing after starting the app. Pls fix this issue.
Freequently hung and very slow
1. still facing logout issues. everytime when network changes or use after some time it gets logout. 2. atleast it should remember username email to avoid typing . 3. very slow in download roaster. 4. not user friendly at all , there is no bulk edit of shift. I think a lot before opening this app. very slow 5. why driver rating is mandatory
Hi Safetrax team, In the latest version of Safetrax dated 20/8/2019 your team has changed the boarded / Not boarded / self no show icon which is not very user friendly as the lines in the same is very thin and you cannot make out the colour when you are seeing the mobile screen in sunlight.Users have to very closely stare into the App to find the difference in the colour or status. Please restore it back to the earlier icon of Green Tick for boarded or red icon for self no show which was better
The regular morning pickups and drops are pretty good, and when it comes to home pickup every time the cab driver will say to update the route, even after I updated it, Seriously I don't know whats going on. Please take care of it.
Got logged out automatically and now unable to login as it shows invalid credentials everytime I try to login. Raised a query long back but the reply comes really late. It's more than a week and the query is still not resolved. Very slow response time while handling a query.
Don't know what's problem with this app as it gets me logged out everytime. have to loggin now and then to check my roaster and cab details. App security can be compared to banking apllications which always ask to login. Can you guys make some improvement in login and remembering the credentials for atleast a while so that user don't have to login while boarding the cab and the height is in urgency u won't get ur cab details immediately unless u have successfuly log in. tired of this app.
Unable to login. No option to reset password. After click on help didn't receive reply.
Very basic app. The app kept crashing when tried to delete a schedule. Have to add the schedule day after day, no facility to do it week wise or atleast copy the previous week's schedule on to the next.
It's really worst app even I can't able to login only.Is there any option to give "0"rating for this app.
yesterday i have received email as all the problem is sorted out in APP; however, i could face the same problem that persist for more than a year i.e we have to give our credentials frequently to know the status. Your email stated to consider the rating in order to avoid the reputation, i will give fair rating if it works well and quality, but thats not happening yet. once this solved i will give rating based on it
why the hell does it need to log me out everytime 😤 you are definitely not handling nasa space launch schedules, it's a cab handling software, doesn't need to have a session logout for every user. it's more hassle than it's worth.
Worst app ever!!!!!!!how can a person even develop such a horrible app! Why is it even made in the first place? Just to waste people's time?! Cannot sign in in the first go, doesn't connect with the internet and what not...what is wrong with the developer if at all you cannot fix this problem better shut this app and focus on something else!
Main feature is not included which is important i.e, "Navigation". Also, when trying share the feedback in app, it says please check internet connection. Seriously!!🤦🏻♂️
