So not sure if it's Google Play but reviews for this app are disappearing. Amazing. Not only is it a horribly designed product with worse customer service, they don't even want anyone to leave reviews!

This app is very helpful, and pretty useful to me. Although, there are a few erors caused, they are not really causing any harm. The errors can be managed, but if you need an improvement, then you could just improve in these errors. Other than that, everything is perfect. My job has become more easier with this app to know when my child's school bus is arriving. Thanks to this app!!! It is fabulous.

I am using this app as provided by school. Unreliable app. The company needs to understand these are real time app and we rely on it. Many time it is not able to show the bus. I have called helpdesk several time with no improvement. Just for record today at 7Am I again called helpdesk none picked up ( not the first time), whenever they picked up response is we will look into it and nothing happens. Most pathetic is sometimes it won't show anything, then it will start showing up backdated data. Most likely the streams from iot devices are backlogged and get processed sequentially. Overall I don't recommend this app as a reliable one

This app is super helpful. Saves me lot of waiting time on pick up and drop. Support is great, they not only resolved all the issues but were also happy to take feedback for more enhancements. Team was constantly updating me about the progress. Interface is extremely user friendly.

Useless App. It signs me out every two days and for the last two days, it's not letting me sign in! Apparently, there's a server issue. There is no chat support option either, because when I click on help the app crashes!

Pathetic app... Nothing new to write... Just endorsing all the single star review comments here. Edit 1 Your support section is also not working in the app. It says: Something went wrong. Give it another try. I tried the help desk option. It says: No helpdesks are available yet. Please check later. I can't even raise a support ticket on your app, it neither fulfills the basic requirement for what it's designed too, then what's that you have developed to call it an app??

Bad experience. After every few days app asks for the school code and OTP. My child goes to Gems Modern Academy Gurgaon. Also many times the app does not send any notification reg the bus status. When we write on the support they ask for screen shots. Donno how to send screenshot to the chat. You guys need to fix bugs immediately else close business.

Your App is excellent..only thing is timings not matching the bus arrival time.. I am not getting any alert or SMS from this App and your Tech Support is unavailable all the time..

This is just an app for records, no live updates available. No point in spending time on this. It seems the developer is doing trial and error.

OTP is not coming even though the app is displaying that the OTP sent successfully. And the app support is not at all good they just ask the problem and thats it no updates on the problem or help.

Its a useless worst app. Not working at all. Also no support from developer. Waste of money. I would have given rating in minus figures but not available. After a regular follow up with concerned team still not working and No one is least bothered.

last one week app is not working well.. re installed the app. as per the technical team.. now I am not even getting the kids profile.. technical team response is taking too much time and not competent to resolve the issue..

ETA N....is all is shows. The earlier version was shaky but this version just doesn't show real time info. Not reliable at all.

It's great when it works. Lately it keeps signing me out and requires otp then. Also keeps crashing lately on pixel 3.

The school has migrated to this app for this school year and it has been 2 weeks the school has opened and the app never worked. The app user last year was okay. Not sure why school migrated from a ok app to a bad one. So I don't like it.

not reliable most of the time not working.. and follow up response extremely slow. not worth it. school should change the app.

services are very poor for this app. even after several complaints showing only wrong route bus. seems they have created the app and slept. no maintenance or support service

It's useless app and trying to activate my account but unable to get activate. Had word with this people many times but no properly response from them. Please don't for this app.
