I wanted to donate using my Google Play account, but it's not available. I think the option would be helpful for more donations. Maybe not a lot of people would use that method of payment, but every dollar makes a difference. Update: After I read other comments on here I realized the issue with not being able to confirm the information I entered wasn't a glitch or bug on my phone. People that are missing rely on people being in the know so an app like this that doesn't work is useless! I understand if it's a bug in the app, but the app is made by the NCMEC so I hope ya get it working, and fast.
I have tried multiple times to load my childs information onto this app. I am a 911 dispatcher and a trainer, and while checking the NCMEC site for their training, I found this app, which could be wonderful. unfortunately this app has low ratings, and I understand that NCMEC in a non profit, but this app is no good if you can'/ use it. This would be a wonderful tool, especially for school resource officers to share , and especially anyone with special needs. App will not confirm once you are done
I tried looking at the missing children for my state. I clicked on about 4 names and it gave me an error message. This app helps no one! I expected better because of the importance of finding missing children. Uninstalled. It deserves negative stars.
The pictures are to small to see clearly, when I click on one it goes to report sighting. I thought it would show bigger pictures. How are you supposed to recognize a pick of someone that is only as big as a thumbtack
I too cannot Confirm my child's info. Looks like this issue has been going on for months now. It was a good app until I recently got a new phone and so had to download the app again. I think there is a similar FBI app I'll have to try.
I can't confirm my child's profile after entering everything. It's a waste of time.
It wouldnt let me confirm my childs info did everything twice and tried to connect on Facebook
I can't see my child's profile and when I went back it said I didn't have any children added when I put my childs profile in so now I'm concerned because her photo address and description is out there

Wouldn't let me confirm my child's profile
Can't confirm my child's profile. It's greyed out. I've input all of the information and taken pics of her fingerprints twice only to get stuck trying to confirm her profile. It won't let me confirm. Help!
I can't confirm profile. It stays grey before and after I click it. If there's a piece of data I'm missing, I can't find it and it won't tell me what it is.

Everyone with children should have this app - hope to God it's never needed. Had to reenter info twice because there isn't "save & continue" ability. Suggest if you don't have all info, enter a placeholder of anything then go back and edit. Also, physician's phone# is not showing in PDF but is in app so some glitch there.
The app definitely needs work. I can't click on pictures. I can't read bios and all profiles of missing children come up as errors. We need a better system than this. People rely on centers like this to stay on top of things. I looked for this app because I compare Jane and John Does with missing person's reports in my free time. But so far Pinterest is more reliable. Please fix this app. It could seriously save lives. I found the app in my local paper with a missing child posted on it. Why promote the app when the app doesn't work?
I downloaded to get updates or at least be able to have a lost I can pull up on my own of missing children. The photos are not visible. Error message for images. And it doesn't have the notifications I thought it would like Amber alerts sent to my phone or something

Not updating for several weeks, broken images and links. Uninstalled for the time being.
Please fix the addthis button. It never shows anything & will freeze on the blank screen.

Downloaded app 3 diff times, never would open, kept saying error. Gave up Uninstalled it till it gets fixedm
I get to the step of adding emergency contacts and it won't progress any further. I took a screenshot to send in for troubleshooting and there's no help area in the app at all.
Like a previous poster said, I can't get past the emergency contact screen!! This isn't cool as I really wanted to use this app for my children.
I was hopeful the confirm issue was fixed but it is not. Trying to add children's profiles and nothing happens when you hit confirm. Then it tells you you haven't added any children's profiles yet, but the information is still sitting there. Also, smart phones rake fingerprints now and this app asks for photos for fingerprints. This app could be amazing and a true life saver. It needs work. I'll be deleting info and uninstalling.
