This app was great once upon a time. Now you can't make payments. You keep getting a message to update. After updating you keep getting message to update. Now the app is useless to me.
I like the app but cant make payments with the new update Edit: can now pay but have a service charge?! Seriously?! That is crazy. Now i have to pay an extra 5 dollars for every payment i make. Not ok.
The app as it is it isn't that great. But my inssurance Co is the best. Stay away from geico and all of the big 3. Go with small insurance dealers instead. They will help you out in ways the big 3 won't.
Policies. I can see the list of policies, bit cannot open them. Also, "swipe to remove policy"? Why make it so easy to remove a policy from your own account, that seems exceptionally pointless.
I have always being satisfied with Safety Mobile as my insurance carrier. Agents have been able to deal with any problems I had quickly and thoroughly.
My Arabella app I could view all of my policy information. This app just shows policy number and amount due that I could find
Easy to use from paying bills to making a claim. If you are a safety customer it's a must to have.
Very easy to navigate and fast.
This whole company is gang up with their approved shops to steal from the clients. When a shop owner tells you they are a vet that's all they need to rub you together with safety insurance. They work with body shops like gangs. Their agen John is very bad at customer service. They all work against you and they will try everything to turn any and everything on you the victim.
I need Auto install it
Why is this always forced fullscreen? Obscuring the navigation buttons and system bar makes it harder to use. Having to swipe down just to see the time or get the home button is not a great UX.
I can pay my bill. that's about it. Notifications would be nice. Especially with a payment button to remind you when things are due.
I'm recently having issues. I can't log into the app or the website. I just get a timed out pop up. And on Chrome it wont even let me access the website at all. The app usually works for what I need. It's simplified from the website but it gets the job done. UPDATE: Still not working. Neither is the website working. Dropped star.
I use the Safety Insurance web site for bill payment, inquiries, etc. so I have no opinion on the mobile features other than the following: I downloaded the mobile app to be able to display my Insurance Card (necessary in Florida). On my smartphone, it only displays a portion of the card. On my 7 inch tablet, it displays all information but overlaid with a pseudo blue highlighted card -- obliterating some of the information. Neither is useful. And the app only works in portrait mode -- not landscape.
Every time i attempt to add photos to an auto claim the app crashes. Please fix.
I logged in online 5 times, no issues, but could never Logg in once with this app, I install and uninstal 3 times, safeco should take this junk out and replace it with something that works

I can sign in through the website but not the app. it says i have the wrong password or username yet same info lets me sign in on the website so dumb
App will not show accounts and crashes when I make any other selections.
Can't pay bills or add accounts. Does not look like the app in the pictures.
Says no active claims. I've installed a few times. Two thumbs down.

When I click to find my agent the app crashes and it won't find my policies to show me my card. No useful features as of now
It keep saying no policy active on you account
Crazy poor ux design. Many buttons takes you to he same place. Filling out information with any autofill breaks everything. No scheduled payment no reminders or push notification. Adding account asks for policy number not online activation code. Very crappy and confusing. Standardize things fix stuff and put in the features people care about not 50 repetitive buttons.
