It's a great app - if it worked all the time! It's sooooo slow and spends most of the time buffering! Can't order more than 1 prescription at a time because buffering and errors loading. Honestly, calling in refills is much faster, but totally defeats the purpose of having this "convenient" app. Frustrating!!! Pro: all your meds are in one place
I was a little frustrated with how many steps i have to repeat to look at my prescriptions...several scripts for several people. It always makes me go back to the main page instead of the list. that i could deal with but for a week now i can't access the app at all. It sits on loading my log in for several minutes then tells me to try again later.
Terrible app. It's slow, it frequently does not display accurate information about the status of my prescriptions, and it constantly gives errors when trying to reorder meds. Time to start over, Safeway. Hire new coders to build a different app. This one is broken and always has been.
Tried this app on 3 different devices and it doesn't work on any of them. A box comes up saying "Loading... Please wait" but that's all. Sometimes eventually it will display an error message but usually nothing at all happens. The pharmacist at my local Safeway is very overworked and this app just makes it worse.
"Something went wrong! please try again later." (sic) Apparently "later" is in excess of a month. The app had been broken for me since the last update; I miss being able to manage my prescriptions, view information about them, and get important reminders. It would be great if the app was 'updated' back to the version that actually worked.
Worst app ever. I have to uninstall and reinstall monthly because it won't get off login page. It works a few times and then the freeze-up. Doesn't matter if it's an iphone or android, it does the same thing. It's now 9/9/19 and it's still the same. Update, It's currently 3/26/20 and the "worst app ever" wouldn't even load.
No matter how many times the app is updated or my phone is updated, it still takes FOREVER to load once opened. And if I click on something within the app, it takes another several minutes to load the next page. Not user friendly for someone that's trying to manage meds for their entire family.
It's great when it works! Which is less than half the time. It's slow and unreliable. Today, it won't let me log in. Last time I used it, it wouldn't submit the prescription refill. Before that, wouldn't load the refill page. Just a nightmare, really.
Unusable. It was horribly slow, now it is like playing chess by mail. Often the session will time out before the list to select a script is generated. I don't know how they managed it, but every release is slower than the prior one. Are they using a single 80286 for their server?
To everyone that had trouble with the update, I also had an issue so I deleted the old stuff and redownloaded the app. This put the whole thing back together without all the hassle of the update. And it saved some space. Its still a bit slow but not to bad
The app worked for a few months and then all my prescriptions disappeared. I tried the unhide option, the refresh option, uninstalling and reinstalling and talked to my pharmacist. I wasn't the only one to call. Seems the issue is with the app but their technical services are no help. Now im back to calling in my refills.
Easy to use for ordering and checking presciptions. Lots of great information I can reach easily and quickly. Only thing I would like to see, is when a text is sent that a presciption is redy for pick up...it also pops a little red dot on my screen icon.😃
Terrible app. Takes several minutes to load, if at all. Does not easily display info on a prescription for which I have requested a refill. The process of setting up text messages does not work, and calling the help number is useless on a weekend.
Was a very convenient app before most recent forced update. I couldn't use the app unless I updated it. When I tried requesting a refill it said sorry but it is taking too much time to process and to check later to see if done..this was done under refill list tab. I was able to submit my refill request using refills now tab. But word of caution, it wont work if there are any typos at all.
What Bug Fixes? It's SO slow I feel like I should hear YE OLDE Dial-Up Screech when I Log-in & connect to my account. The app has to reset the screen after every Rx I need to hide. Even *after* toggling the switch to "Hide EXPIRED (read: old) prescriptions" when I set it up, they still show up in my refill list! This app has made getting my Rx's delivered MORE difficult, not easier. There really needs to be an option to HIDE more than 1 old script at a time! FRUSTRATION LEVEL +8 outta 10.
