The app is super slow, unreliable and BORING. It took me 35 minutes to get my request through. Very very frustrating app

the most user unfriendly taxi app i have seen. i create an account abd when i ask to login it says i have no account. come on guys sure someone in nakuru can make the wasili and safiri apps much friendlier than they current are. this is depressing. giys borrow a leaf from little if you got no clue

The app does not allow you to complete the registration. It returns a message saying the phone or e-mail address or both are already in use.

The services are not good. We request for a Noah only to be offered a small car and the driver ended up charging us high rates those for a Noah. David Eruki Lokorio you know what you did. Let somebody be offered what he has requested not offering what is there as long as you have made money.
This is the most useless app I have seen... It doesn't launch hence can't even be used. If you are inneed of a developer to fix such bugs, feel free to contact me.
