The story itself was very entertaining and even frustrating events turned up boosting my skills. However the ending was a problem. Despite my abilities being more than sufficient to carry ne where I wanted to be, they weren't sufficient to accomplish my goal. It didn't seemed fair that despite all my hard work, suddenly I wasn't good enough to get the ending I wished for, though that itself might be a plus for other players.
Not a particularly engaging story but certainly entertaining. Cool seeing Slavic mythology. But still, it is weirdly uninteresting and somewhat dry. The writing style is good but again dry. Pretty cool villain and cool patronage system. It has it's pros and cons.
Doest feel like a choice game with lazy game design mechanics. Every choice raises one stat and lowers another, so you end up metagaming and not roleplaying.
Eh, it's fine but I feel its more a 30kr game then a 60kr game. I mean it was OK but a bit boring in some spots.
stop labeling games as free then expecting us to pay for the full version, just mark it as a paid game or app and we might consider it, this amount of lying looks bad for many app developers
Is is regarded as free as you still want payment. Make it clear from the start, nobody wants to download the game knowing it's free then being told that you have to pay for the other chapters. Just trying to bait people to download the game

Just started Chp 4 and loving it.
This company will not honor previous purchases.
I finally got around to purchasing this. Where this game really shines is at the beginning of the story with good character development and plot. The latter half of the story struggles in some ways. I find it incredibly difficult to get a good ending. Having an unavoidable nemesis written into the plot is a bit annoying as well. The ending was lacking compared to the beginning of the story. It seems like your gonna have a showdown but Zhan-Ukhel is so overpowered. I tried to like this game.

It started off fairly well, but kind of fell apart. Nothing I did made a difference. I chose multiple times to sacrifice time or supplies to raise stats and they didn't change at all. I was very disappointed in the way the story went, seemingly punishing the player for things they couldn't change. I don't know maybe I just think differently than the author, but I don't think it was a worthwhile purchase for me.
Love choice of games as well as Hosted Games but why that much money? Like nearly £6, it may well be great but I have never paid that much for games like this and I am not going to start now. £3 is the most I have ever given for a read and play but seriously, take it down a bit.

Scummy No where in the description does it mention being a demo. You put it up as free but then want people to pay for it after a point. Not being transparent about it is scummy. This is the first you've done this with and I doubt I'll try anything else you make.
I tried the first three, free chapters (with ads): It is a choose-your-own-adventure text game. The story is very linear however, the choices mostly change some statistics, which later may have results on success of an action, or available choices. There are several statistics about your success factors like e.g. charisma, advisor preference, favor from gods, size and wealth of your tribe. These stats are not available from the start, but get added over the course of the first three chapters. The setting and the the story are a typical good-versus-bad survival fantasy epic, the comparatively high and deverse amount of stats, together with there impact on success, add a strategy aspect. The story telling is good, there are no inconsistencies across the choices. There are some cases where choices seem important, but have no impact, where the description of the choices does not match what then happens, or where the impact is a bit blown up.
