Samsung Galaxy S7E. Great when it works! try to update my sales invoices but i repeatedly get an error message. however this is intermittent - sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesnt, which causes much annoyance when entering a long description on the invoice, only to have to cancel and try again later! when it does happen i go onto the web browser version first on my phone and next on the computer. still happens!! please please fix it! ive sent an email but not had even an acknowledgment!

How to create account ..... you can do this from the log in page under forgot password..... no you can't I've installed the app doesn't show this option. Uninstalled app to re install in the hope it would work this time yet still nothing ... decided to uninstall and go with quickbooks !!!!

Tried several solutions sub £15 pm, sage accounting has been by far the best package I've tried. Cannot recommend enough with my experience so far! I found other providers limit features for this subscriptions price point, or have buggy implementations. Sage has just the right amount of data entry to keep all my accounts in order with the software flexibility to handle more complex situations, and so far no software issues. If you are serious about keeping go records, give it a go.

Great piece of on the road software. I use it to look at my accounts when away rather than raising invoices, etc I find it annoying not to be able to simply pick out the invoices I want to print the with one click print. Instead I have to make a pdf, then print. Lots of wasted time for me.

I'm using sage one as it's what was reccomend to me, but it's a shame simple things like mileage tracker isn't built in and a taking pictures of receipts on the app to instantly upload them isn't possible. It's also a bit hard to navigate and use on the mobile app but I'll make do for now unless I find a better alternative at the same price.

App doesn't work for me. I can't login, it tells me wrong email or password when it's not. I can login fine on the web. But I'm unable to view my payslip or open the pdf file. Therefore I wanted to try the app and am not even able to login.

I can't describe my experience because I can't get into the app. You're using those ineffective "Find the bicycles" etc. photos for security. I must be doing it wrong because it just keeps repeating them. Very frustrating!

Been using this app for car repair invoicing for 2yrs and been very happy with it, Suddenly I can't search for vehicle registration numbers that are stored within invoices, I used this function daily until now. I called sage and they told me this function never existed and sorry we can't help you. I'm really not crazy this function has worked for 2 years and now stopped. This function has now been restored and app is working perfectly as before, Thank you to sage staff for restoring function.

I use this app daily and found it great, really helpful, however the most recent update today now means I can't enter pence in transactions as there is no decimal point when entering numbers...seems a very basic thing to be missing so I'm very disappointed and probably won't use it any more as what's the point (pardon the pun) if we can only enter whole pounds for our transactions?

Ive been a sage user for along time so naturally went over to Sage Accouting now things are going digital. I tried all the other top brand software and Sage in my opinion was the best for me. Its simple on most tasks that are needed for daily running, customer issues are dealt with quite swiftly by Sage. There are some annoying things that could be easily fixed but no updates so far. You cant add your suppier invoices from the app, syncing the app needs to be done manually to keep it up to date.

The worst customer service. GO WITH QUICKBOOKS. this company tried to charge my account 525.00 for a monthly pay of 25.00. They said it was a error and it was fixed. I put my card back in and they attempted the same 525.00 when it was suppose to be 25.00. It took me 3 weeks to finally get to message with someone as there is no person you can talk to on the phone. I had to give it a 1 when it should be a -10

No longer works since last update. It keeps telling me there is no connection to the server amd to check my internet. My internet is fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled amd still nothing. i have now had a reply a month later!!!! Its a good job i dont pay for sage accounting, oh wait i do!!!! Time to move to another accounts platform i reckon!!

I have 2 businesses. I pay 2 subscriptions to use sage one. Using the app is locked to only one business. I can't change this. Terrible service. Terrible app. Unusable. 02-02-2021. Over a year. Still no core functionality for multiple businesses. Which we PAY you for.

I use it for creating and sending invoices...it does what need. The UI could be more intuitive, i.e. make it obvious how to send an invoice.

Worked for about a week and then told me I don't have an active subscription. Talked to support and was told it does not work with the Accountant's edition. Why not? Shouldn't we have access to the same features as our clients, especially with all the effort the sales team puts in trying to get us to migrate our clients to SBCA.

Good to be able to add sales figures on the go but the app is lacking functionality - you can't reconcile bank transactions or filter the 'trends' graph to your financial year.

Having upgraded my Sage accounts package to be MTD compliant I have wasted all day firstly discovering the CIS module isn't fit for purpose and then the link to this app or the instructions to set it up do not work. Why does something that is supposed to make you like easier make it so stressful !?!?!?!

Was really good but now has a really annoying bug that means it only allows zero vat when posting receipts for fuel etc. Have to then adjust on the web app. Have been told it's a bug days ago now with no update grrrrr!

Hi, would like to write a review but can't get into the App.. When I login using my online username and password (which is fine in a web browser on my computer), I get this message... "Sorry! Hi Adam, only the person who signed up for Accounting is able to use the mobile application. We are working to provide access to all the users." My accountant setup my account, is this he problem? They seem unsure. Thank you.

Thought I'd give the app another go after about 18 months. I should not have been surprised that it refused to even start properly (I have a standard Pixel 3). As is typical for Sage products it's an untested piece of ***p. If they spent a small fraction of their marketing budget on development and testing they might produce something half decent. No wonder their employees are jumping ship at such a rate.

I can not login using the app, but it is working fine on my desktop. It says email or password is not correct while trying to login to the app, which is not the case using the desktop.
