This application is currently available on Sage 300 People Payroll v17.1.3.0 or later.

The app is a nice start to getting things done. I work in the operational field for my company and don't always have access to a computor or laptop. It would be great to have the option to submit an expense claim through the app!
The app always logs outs completely and asks to set up mobile through the desktop application which is inconvenient as the desktop access is not always available to scan the QR code.
The main reason for needing a mobile application would be to capture claims. I don't see "booking and approving leave" as thaaat popular a thing to do on the go, capturing claims however is a must. Lacking this functionality makes the app non-useful to me, as I'm sure it does many others
After initial installation the app worked fine for a hour or so. It then gave an Un-authorised access error. After this I had to reregister the app. Again it only worked a while before the same happend.
This app didn't update the latest payslip, and so I pulled down the screen to refresh and it required that I go to the HR to scan the QR code. At first I wasn't sure what happened, but when it happened again I noticed it's the same thing that happened before. What is the solution for this, please help me.
My connection is perfectly fine, but the app is always "unable to reach the server" Doesn't nullify the point of Applying wherever you are?! This is BS
Unable to start using this app. Keeps telling me the ssl connection could not be established, see inner exception.
Not connecting either via wifi or normal data. Keeps on giving pop up to check network connection. What's the use of having it if it won't work
I registered this device and could only log in once. Thereafter, whenever I want to log in, I need to register again. This time the registration fails, with the reason : device already registered. Pretty useless at this stage.
After scanning the QR, it detected my account. But at the next page, after accepting th T & C,ot loads a few seconds before an error box came put. It is the 404 not found error. Uninstalled the app.
1. I can not open my payslip. After I download it and try to open there is pop up msg tell the pdf format error. 2. Sage duplicate all my old payslip from the month I starting using the app
It logged me out when I try to log in again it says error I need to check my network settings...but before it was working perfectly fine...I've uninstalled it nd installed it again but still gives me the same problem or error
App was working fine, after a while it logged me out. Ever since I've been trying to link it to my account with the QR code but I get an error "551 (generic exception)".... I just stopped using it
I got it to finally work after the last update to Sage 300, but it only gives leave and payslip functionality. I really need it for Expense Claims, so it is pretty worthless to me until then.
The app keeps locking me out and wants re registration. One can't even use password to login only wants QR code. It is soo ridiculous. My colleagues experience the same
Hi I am unable to open any of my payslip nor have the option to access my payslip. Maybe I'm still new probably you assist or guide on how to or where to view in order to get access for my payslip???
This app does not work on the Huawei mate 40 pro... When you try to login, it takes you to the portal then states failed with a internal exception error
After scanning QR code, it does pick up my account but says no connection to server. I can't go to next step.

Just updated the new version. It removed My Payslip in the menu. Please fix it immediately.
It's now about 3 days since I started installing but it keeps indicating that waiting for download yet I have bundles,really time wasting with no results
It clears my data after every single login and thereafter becomes useless as i can't use it again until I've re-registered again
Wow! Installation and Registration was a breeze. mobile features are exactly what I require.
What if you don't have a working camera on your phone to be able to scan the QR code?.. this is the problem I'm having. I can't get past the first page
This app fails to go through other options it states I should contact administration..why exactly
Probably the most useless app I ever had. It is suppose to make life easier but instead it is just frustrating. It keeps on delinking and then you need to start from scratch by scanning the QR code from your workplace system. If I have to go in anyway to apply for leave as the app keeps on delinking, I can not see why this app is useful.
