Like this app needs some serious improvement. 1. I would like to check my transactions in real time. 2. I would like to actually download my statement without the app sending me to a stall page where the only other option is to log in again (but cant, cause you're already logged in) 3. Have the option to save my details so I don't have to enter it every time 4. Fingerprint! 5. Less exasperation...
The app needs alot of improvement. Overall the app and the website online banking needs alot of improvement with a touch of modernization. I cant even pay a bill from my credit card... that makes no sense to me
On the positive side. The mobile app works as expected. Its has good security features. However on the negative side:- 1. The app has become extremely slow. 2. SAGICOR is slow to respond to coustmers request to update the app. 3. An update to open new accounts is needed.3a. generate printable statements are needed in these times.
This app is very a slow. The features of the app requires calling customer service to activate them which is very ridiculous and frustrating. It's not user friendly.
Have no problem with the app however i would like the option to keep me logged in so i don't have keep entering my info over and over plus whenever you exit the app you have to wait 10 minutes before you're able to log in because the app thinks that you're logged in in your browser.
It's not working most of the time. Very out of date and even something as simple as login in it has difficulty doing. As time goes by they strive to be less and less innovative
I gave this app a 1 star because i finally got to send some money to my other account however for some reason you can't save the next account imfomation and i sent back the same money from the other bank account and i can't tell from this app if the money was received. They need to fix these issues ASAP and it needs to be more user friendly
For the past 4 months or so i can only use this app if i open it directly from in the play store or it won't load to the login page which is annoying. It's very slow but other than those is issues it's good
Way too glitchy with frequent error messages and poor mobile user interface. Currently getting a persistent error message about certificate not trusted. App needs an urgent upgrade and update!
The purpose for having an app on your phone is to make it easier and quicker. Sagicor has worst banking app ever, does sagicor not read the reviews on its app? Why should you have to enter login and password every time, the app is installed on your phone and therefore under your control and presumed secure. Do not use this app. Easier to have Chrome remember your Sagicor login and password and access sagicor site via bookmarks on Chrome.
Used to love this app its easy to navigate and gives a secure feel. But haven't been able to log in a whole month now and it is what I mainly use to do most of my transactions.
Could be better by have features like tooping your phone up with credit and allow you to transfer money to other accounts. It says you can transfer cash, but it hasn't worked for me.
App keeps saying certificate not trusted, what's the sense of having this e-banking app on my phone. Also I deleted and reinstalled it was the same thing. Why is that I saw a message saying this app was made for older android check with developer for new updates. Like seriously that's not going to work with me. Please to fix this issue asap because if it's not fixed I'm going straight to NCB or Scotiabank and start banking there it seems like their app is up to date.
Alot of errors i can't log in sometimes, it keeps crashing and take a long time to log in please fix it and normally it's easy to transfer money to other banks with ncb app but sagicore it's complicated so it's a one star for me...upgrade the app for better useand proper software
One thing I hate about the online and app. You can't get your transaction history and it's really annoying. That's what I would like you to consider and change. All the other apps have that info.
Very good. Login lock after only two failures is limited guven the problems with predictive text and the virtual keyboard generally.
The UI is terrible. This is 2019 not 2006. User experience isn't bad, it gets the Job done, good job there.
Not been able to use app in over a week. Certificate not trusted. Tried everything including uninstalling several times as per instructions.
I was able to access the app before but for a while now all I get is "certificate is not trusted" Help. Before this set-back it was just fine.
Doesn't work. Always shows "Error". Nothing different from the website. Very poor, especially for a large company such as Sagicor. Not even 1 star.
App not downloading properly. The app keep saying Certificate is not trusted. I downloaded uninstalled restart phone reinstalled app nothing keep saying the same thing. Fix app ASAP
I forgot my password and I have been trying to change it all day and all this app does it want me to image code that is so stupid worst app ever and if there was a negative zero to rate this , you would have gotten it .. I'm mad as hell
This app needs a lot of improvement. Take a page from the Scotia and the NCB banking app!!!!
This app it nothing but irritation and trash, I'm better off going to the atm to check my card.
No option to recover user id, even though it's stated in the "Log in help" settings. Frustrating.
This app is really annoying. Firstly, it does save your log in. Lastly, it has a lot of glitches, ie: it keeps saying certificate cannot be trusted or it's gives you some other errors. For an app that needs a lot of work the last update should not have been 2019😒
