Don't download this app, this is a complete waste of time, I signed up with all the info they advised it was successfully done, but when I try to login it says info not correct. And it is correct!
I agree with most ppl here... this app doesn't work... i'm signed up, info is correct, but I can't login via this app... works just fine when I login in online so there's clearly some sorta disconnect... do remove the availability of this app from all sources untill this is corrected. I'd give this no stars if it were possible...
I cannot see my policies and the app is entirely glitchy
I entered my information and was told my policy number and information does not match which I am sure they do. Also contact number for queries does not work and no response is received for emails sent to the email address listed to verify policy number.
Waste time to use this, it takes long time to open a new window to tell you " oops something went wrong". Try later. It supposes to save us time.
This app is terrible. Its hell to register then when you're finally able to keeps saying oops something went wrong try again later
Seems buggy....whenever I try to access a menu within the app an error message appears.
I entered a the required information and told that my policy number was incorrect which it was not... This app needs to sync with the web client app so all info comes over into the app
Much improved from its initial rollout but I can't share it so others can download.
This app is smooth operating but what will make it more execellent is when I can pay my insurance bill from this app,hope it is coming soon🤔
Registered but then I can't login...at one point I thought I downloaded the incorrect app!
A bit slow to load resources but otherwise a great app.
Can't register, it keeps saying oops try again later, even when i try layer, so oops i uninstalled
Since the start of the pandemic this app has made online payment a breeze!!! Very pleased with this product so far👍
