• New users will have access to a free trial at the time of sign-up. Users who don’t wish to continue their membership past the trial should cancel before the seven days are up so they aren’t charged.
At each renewal date (whether monthly or annually), your account will automatically be charged the subscription fee. If you’d prefer not to be automatically charged, just head to your Account Settings and turn off ‘Auto Renew’.
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, without fee or penalty. (Note: you won’t be refunded for any unused portion of your subscription.)

The game itself is really nice and great for my 2 and 6 year old sisters! They always play it after me and my sister come back from school. The 2 yr old plays on my tablet and the 6 yr old plays on hers. I give it a 5 star because it has so many diffrent ways to play the game and it is kinda like a learning game! It has showed my two sisters how to take care of themselfs(the 2 yr old has learned how to ask for stuff and how to tell my mom when she has to go number 1 or 2) its really great!
My kids (3 and 5) are obsessed with this app and it's low stimulation for them and no ads. I love letting them play and they love it too. Lots and lots of different games even on the free version.
People complain about "not being free" explore the apps for yourself before letting your kids have it, this app is a monthly subscription to add to your other monthly subscriptions (Netflix/Disney) and this gives my child endless entertainment and with the parent app I can see what they've done on it. It's a great safe app and helped my daughter's improve their way of problem solving and creativity. The best apps for your kids aren't always free
This is a good app and I played it for hours and hours like I can't sleep like what that I get tired so I went to sleep and I put on my phone on just in case they get scared so [my name is Samantha 9 years old]
I love this game so muchhhh it has no ads at all!!! And the characters is so cuteeee!! And there is different games what u can play and I can't even describe it because it's just.. Downloaded this app for my kid, have tried everyway possible to buy the subscription for a year on her tablet for 29.99 per the link but stated it had to be bought in the parents profile. Attempted to buy on mine and guess what price went from 29.99 to 59.99 for the year. Great scam but no thanks.
Not a good app many connection issues when trying to use offline also likes to tell you your subscription is expired and constantly has you redownload games not a one time and you got them if your using this for children the reader app is a much better option.
This game is so cute my brother likes to play this game I like to play this game so much this helped me when I was sad or mad photo showing things to explore game actually help me with my life and I hope you make more of these games I literally have all the collections and also whoever made this game is so creative and I love that there's like freedom and there's like an adventurous and stuff there's no ads or anyting and I love this game so much please keep making more please x3 👌💞💞💞💞💞💋
This app is perfect for young kids and kids with special needs. It has so many different interactive options and worlds to choose from. It's very easy to navigate and what I love the most is it is connected to your email so you can add it to as many devices as you need to without having to pay for extra subscriptions. Also love that the content changes often. It does require a lot of space but you can pick what you want to add or remove. We also have Sago Mini School app and ❤ it!
My son loves Sago Mini and we are very happy to have all the different fun games across the various apps. I previously had an issue with this one where it wouldn't let me download more than a few of the World games, but it seemed to clear itself up.
When I saw it it looked fun but when I went in the game you had to pay for it fun app but please make it free because I cant play this fun game again !!!
This is my favorite game I mean very much, but the problem is that (1. It costs lkt of money (2. It is free for only seven days (3. Let the kids have fun, isn't it boring when you don't let us play? What's the point of this app. But although, it's my favorite game, please fix it.

Really good app to have. Intuitive games for young kids. Nice design and very entertaining and lots to chose from (I think there is around 40 games). My 4yo and 2yo love it.
Really cute game! I downloaded all of the games and they are really cute and entertaining for little ones!
The app itself is great, lots of cause-and-effect play, and I love the freeform nature of everything. There's nothing to win or lose, just fun and interesting environments to explore. Customer service helped me resolve an issue really quickly as well, I'm happy to pay the subscription price for a nice app that doesn't make annoying sounds or have questionable content!
Amazing app! Both my 3 and 7 year old enjoy playing it. They love when there are new games added. Subscription can be pricey but I got it when it was discounted and if you think of all the games you have access to, it really makes it worth it. Great customer service as well. During a recent issue when the app wasn't working properly (which has only happened once in the year I've been subscribed), customer service responded promptly and got the issue resolved as quickly as possible. 👍👍

I signed up for the annual subscription so I could unlock all the world's. My children Love this App, however, it keeps saying my subscription is expired. Even though I paid up front for the entire year. And now the girls have lost all their downloads as well. Very frustrating for the price. If I can get this issue fixed permanently, I would give 5 stars. The Content itself is wonderful.
I paid for a subscription but not able to create an account. Have a guest account but cannot update unless I update email and password and can't do that because the app says it can't connect. 2 stars until fixed. *edit* Contacted customer service through the app and they were very prompt in responding. Very helpful and was able to get this resolved in 2 days. Leaving original review for anyone who may run into the same problem. 5 stars. Daughter loves it.

My ASD daughter absolutely loves this app! There is so much to explore and she absolutely loves the "open sandbox" platform and delights when she discovers something new within one of the worlds. There are a variety of different worlds and characters to choose from, so none of the content ever seems stale to her. I love it because it creates an opportunity for me to encourage spontaneous dialogue with her and engaging her to interact and speak with me and let me into her world. I had an issue accessing some of the games after a few days - my free trial had expired and there was some delay in my subscription updating. I contacted the support personnel and received a response same day with an apology and resolution to my issue! While the cost of the app is higher than any I have paid for before, the option I chose was annual and TOTALLY worth it for the amount of content you are getting and the interaction opportunities it is creating for me with my daughter. World class product and service, I would more stars if I could!
Super cute! Suggest it for kids from 4-7 but any age can also play :).
I don't like the game because my child is trying to buy stuff in the game because my wife has to get him of the iPad.
idk the cost for just free for 7 days in sago mini wth the price is requirements for all the cost for a lot of money that has to be payed for the money you save and the money you don't save....no matter what the cost is for the cash you pay and the cash you don't pay and save the money you need for other things and items you need for cashing costy pays.
Because you only get stuff for free for seven days and you have to buy it for a month but it is fun so I give it a 3
Fun but the screen keeps going white randomly where we can hear the sounds but not see anything. Please fix! We are paying for the game and want it to work.
My daughter LOVES this game. There are so many games that aren't too complicated but there's still variety. Only problem I have is the price. $7 a month is a lot to ask for, especially when the games aren't as educational as other subscription kids games.
